Welcome to St. Lucia, a waterfront single family house beautifully decorated in 2020 and again in 2025. This private pool home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and offers a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Ideally located in Flamingo Cay, this home is just a 5 minute drive away from Anna Maria Island's beautiful and pristine white sand beaches with turquoise waters. Experience the best of both worlds by enjoying the peace and serenity of a neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the busy island, yet never far away from everything island life has to offer.

Our St. Lucia is nicely appointed with everything you may need during your stay. Enjoy cooking up your catch of the day in the well-equipped kitchen. If you are more of a BBQ person, a gas grill is available on the outside patio. The home comes fully stocked with bath towels, beach & pool towels and bed linens.

Soak up every second of cherished Florida sunshine while taking a dip in this new private heated pool. Beach supplies such as chairs and umbrellas can be found stored inside the garage, which also offers parking for one car and has a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin-size beds, TV, and a guest bathroom with shower tub combination is available in the hallway.

The living room offers comfortable seating for up to 4 people to catch up on your favorite TV shows and free highspeed WiFi internet is available throughout the house. The oversized and air-conditioned Florida sunroom overlooking the pool is the perfect spot for family dinners, or reading a book on the lounger while keeping an eye on children outside.

Located on a canal with private 40 ft. boat dock, we encourage you to rent a boat locally and explore the area. The waters of Palma Sola Bay are within sight, the Intercostal Waterways not much further, and you would not want to miss out on some boat cruising, tubing and fishing.

IMPORTANT: Parking of a boat trailer on the property requires advance approval by Island Dreams. Please message us on the VRBO thread if you plan on having a trailer with you during your stay.

Pack and Play and high chair provided.

Parental supervision for outdoor areas is required at all times.

St. Lucia did not disappoint our girls' weekend. The house was clean, the pool and outdoor area were perfect, and the wildlife, birds, and fish were entertaining. St. Lucia's is located ideally for shopping, Anna Maria Beach, and another beach. I highly recommend staying at St. Lucia's. We will be back next year.

A fantastic rental property

We were thrilled about every facet of this rental property. The home was as advertised, with every amenity that we needed. Also, the location is stellar, as being right on the water allowed us to enjoy marine animals, birds, and other facets of God's creation on a daily basis. We would absolutely stay here again.

Bird Lovers Paradise

We loved the backyard bird visits and watching them from the pool deck. The kitchen/cooking supplies need to be improved and we could not operate the grill but most everything else was good.

What a place!

Highly recommend this beautiful home. Near the beach and everything you need. The canal is perfect for fishing and there are plenty of fish to catch! Very clean and comfortable. We will keep this on our favorites to check for availability for our next visit back! A++ from us!

Fantastic house, pool, neighborhood, location

We enjoyed our stay at St. Lucia so much and it was a perfect fit for our family of four! The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed taking walks and riding bikes. The beach is 2 miles away and an easy drive. The house had everything you need for your beach stay. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the many birds in the trees across the canal. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay at St Lucia

Property is located in a great location. Very close to everything. Property was extremely clean upon arrival. We enjoyed watching all the birds and weather was warm enough to take advantage of the pool. We caught we a number of fish from the dock including Mangrove Snapper, Lady Fish, two Stringrays, and a bunch of Cat Fish. We will definitely return.

Cozy and quiet waterfront property for a celebration!!

My husband and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary here with so much privacy that we blissfully enjoyed ourselves here at St. Lucia! We also wanted to get our ski wet since the location of the house on the water is right off of the bay. Kingfisher Boat Ramp is just a mile down the road with Anna Maria Island beaches a couple miles further where you can catch some pretty luscious sunsets daily!

Beautiful home and location

We really enjoyed a week in this spacious and beautiful home. Our teenage sons loved fishing off the dock. We saw a dolphin and a manatee swim right by us. The pool was refreshing and fun. I only give 4 stars total because the master bath shower was not great. They were going to take a look and fix the pressure.

Cute little house, very quiet. The trees across the canal were filled with herons nesting……fascinating. One loved sharing the pool with us. We named him Ralphie. We did a lot more driving than planned, all worked and we loved our stay.

The house was decorated nicely and located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the beaches and other activities. The pool was refreshing. I would have given it 5 stars, but the rooms were really hot at night and we were unable to turn AC lower than 72 (which felt more like 75). Larger ceiling fans or more fans may help this situation. Also, the dock is not as pictured (even though property management stated it in the description). We looked at lots of houses to find the right one and reading lengthy descriptions on all the properties is time consuming. The pictures are not current as the dock is gone due to a hurricane last year. This was disappointing since we brought our boat to use on the water during our stay. Overall, it met most of our needs and it was a relaxing family vacation.

Wonderful, nicely situated gem of a property

Great space for living and relaxing. Pool and dock have awesome views of the water, especially at sunrise. Tons of birds to watch! The interior is modern and spacious, with nice furnishings and ample kitchen space. The open floor plan keeps everyone connected, but with sufficient privacy in the bedrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and located away from the Bradenton bustle. Traffic heading on to the beach might be an issue in the summer but was not in the least while we were visiting in January. Highly recommended.

Great location. Very comfortable, modern house, well equipped. Beautiful swimming pool that we used every day. Tons of birds of all kind. coming very close. In the tree across the canal, there were 5 nests of Great Blue Herons. Quiet surrounding. We spent 2 weeks in this house and this was most enjoyable. Minor thing, the pool net that we used daily would need to be changed.

Great location, nicely remodeled

The house is really cute, seems a lot of the remodeling is new, like the appliances. It is nicely stocked as well, w/ beach towels, pool floats & such. Just a couple of things that made the trip not great. Terrible water pressure, showering was almost dreaded, water temp set too low as well. The second unpleasantness, many, many big loud birds flying around the pool, standing in the pool, on the dock, fence, pool deck & lounge chairs with lots of bird poop. The canal seems to draw so many birds. The house desperately needs a pool lanai to make the pool area comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay as this was our second year at this property. I would say that it would be nice if there were more daily use items in the house such as paper, pencil/pen, local directories for eating/activities, more seating in the living room for families to share space, water pressure needs to be improved for master shower. It's a beautiful space but the lack of trees or some shade in the back would be appreciated. We had to ask for the umbrellas in the back to be replaced as they were all broken. Sitting on the dock would be nice if the solar lites were replaced/working as well as more seating in this area.

Great place!

We rent this place with 2 of my girlfriends. We left our husbands at home with kids and went to Florida to just relax, catch on vitamin D, check local restaurants and do some shopping… We did just that and this place was perfect for us. Location was great! Right between Anna Maria island and Bradenton town, and only 30-40 mins away from Sarasota. We woke up every morning to a beautiful view of a swimming pool that was overlooking canal and bay. Once I even went for a run and this subdivision and Main Street that connects island with continent is for sure runners, family with kids, bikers, etc., friendly… it has a nice side walk from Bradenton all the way to Anna Maria island. House is in a very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood. Very cozy and clean itself. One thing that we all notice is that it would be nice if all light switches would actually turn on the lights but instead you have to turn on every single light (including ceiling light) with little switches right by the bulb. That for sure didn’t change our experience though.. We had an amazing time and for sure would go back there any time.

Not Bad

Property is ok but needs some things. Kitchen is poorly equipped for cooking needs, we had to shop for everything like salt and pepper and a few spices…even some spray oil which could be supplied as it doesn’t go bad. Basic supplies were very sparse. We took our stuff home because it looks like everything from previous occupants gets thrown out after they leave. As evidenced in the trash cans we used. We like to cook in a bit, and there was bare bones in that area. Not even a measuring cup or a shaker for drinks. Pots and pans very cheap Walmart quality. The house has an uncomfortable couch for sitting to watch tv or a movie. Only one other chair to sit in which was equally uncomfortable. Beds are very low to the floor and not the most comfortable. One bathroom lacks any room in the shower for soaps or shampoos. It’s also dark in the shower…oh the shower itself was complicated to use as it has a bunch of different handles and settings. The pool deck is ok and the pool is nice and warm, the pool lounges are ok, one was tearing and an umbrella was also torn. All in all, the property is ok. But needs improvement. You can tell it’s just used as a rental. Not a comfortable house, and for the price we won’t go back.
