It's 'Endless Summer'@this 2-Story Cinnamon Shore Condo w/ Great Amenities!

This amazing three bedroom condo is two stories and on the third floor which gives amazing panoramic views of the Cinnamon Shore community.

AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

The first floor boasts a fully stocked kitchen to prepare a fabulous family meal. After dinner enjoy a movie in the living room or sit on the balcony and watch the sunset on the day. There is a king bedroom and a bunk room for 4, each with their own privates bathrooms. Upstairs is a massive primary suite with a king bed and a pullout sofa for the little ones. With Sonos surround sound throughout the condo you can enjoy a fun weekend or lively month stay at Endless Summer!

***NO PETS ALLOWED***
IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Endless Summer is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Endless Summer the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Loved it before but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this unit three times now and unfortunately, it is getting pretty tired. Simple things, such as new pots and pans, would go a long way! We love the layout and the location but there have not been any improvements or updates to the furnishings since we started renting. Please buy some more glasses and purchase new pots and pans (we bring a lot of our own!).

Another great stay at CS!

First time at Cinnamon Shore

We loved our stay at Cinnamon Shore. It did not disappoint. The staff were very nice, patient, and organized. They answered quickly to many of my questions I had being my first time to come to this place. The home had everything we needed! We are already planning for next year.

Being on the 3rd floor with a slow elevator and 1 luggage cart for the entire complex was a bummer esp with a pregnant momma and 2-year-old, but we got it done.

Nice condo, needs some attention to detail

Nice condo overall, grill advertised but no grill in the property and communal grills were all out of service. Kitchen amenities were basic and in need of upgrade. Nice but not enough to justify the premium price tag.

Charming getaway

Everything was nice and cozy. The space was a little small for a full house but we liked being close to the circle with so many kids. Maybe it was in the description and I missed it but maybe tell people they need a wagon to lug goods up to the third floor. And there were only 3 beach towels. I bought 5 more and left them in your condo.

Enjoyed our stay!

There was ample room for us, and we could have fit another family with the two king beds and bunk room. The upstairs primary bedroom was great and provided us with a second living room. The location was superb, and the parking is very close. We couldn't find a cookie sheet to bake biscuits or cookies, so that would be a nice addition. The place could also use salt and pepper. Overall, though, excellent.

We will continue to come back.A few things that would have been helpful:The Sonos system in the house was outdated and awful. Don’t make this a selling point in the listing if it’s difficult to use.The Roku controls were a disaster with the tvs. Many all paired to the same tvs. Upstairs would turn on down, etc. There was no cart to help get our stuff up and down 3 flights of stairs. For a full week stay with 6 people, this was not fun with all our luggage and groceries.

The lady at the front desk told us they could send “beach crew” to us to help, but we couldn’t wait for them to arrive and didn’t want to inconvenience them. The condo felt clean and the space was great but several of the appliances in the master bedroom were broken.

Adorable Unit but Some Issues With Our Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and layout of Endless Summer. It was easy to get around and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we had a few issues that we alerted management to as soon as we arrived but were never addressed during our 5 day stay. Specifically the keypad on the door was not working and we noticed there was no drain plug to the only bathtub in the unit (so our little kids were unable to take a bath during our entire stay). The elevator to the building was broken our entire stay (which meant lugging bags and coolers up and down three flights of stairs daily). Additionally, the refrigerator and other electronic devices in the master bedroom upstairs had large "out of order" signs on them, and the living room couch had a fairly large hole worn into the cover. The property management did not give updates on our maintenance requests and they were never addressed. I do think people should know there are bath towels but no beach towels provided (we ended up having to pay $36/towel at the gift shop to get some). Overall we enjoyed our stay but for the amount we paid, it did not meet our expectations

Beach house Beware

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a week long trip we had 3 properties in the cinnamon shore community for my son's wedding. I called to confirm we had high speed WIFI however, the internet in most of the homes we rented are BAD. They have multiple TVs in the home however almost ALL TVs couldn't operate due to lack of wifi. We did get the one TV in living room to operate. Talked to people at the front desk they said "they can not control wifi", However someone did look at our wifi and just said basically it is just slow, bad internet. We ended up using the neighbor wifi to try and make it better but it did not help. This house has nothing in it. Not a single spice, seasoning, ice cube, NOTHING. The staff are overwhelmed by the amount of people. We told them the light was out in the hall several times and it never got fixed. It is very dark and my parents are 75 years old so it was a safety hazard for sure. Most stuff is closed during the week, outside ice cream truck and bars at the pools. They are only open on weekends. Lots of miscommunications, can we check in early, how to get golf cart, the crazy point system.

We stayed in Port Aransas for 4 nights and 5 days, and our vacation rental really made the experience perfect! The decor contributed to the beach vibe, and the beds were the softest and most comfy we have ever felt. The condo was impeccably clean, beautiful, and modern. This was truly my favorite vacation of all time, and Cinnamon Shores was a huge part of that. You aren't just renting a place to sleep; you are getting the entire community along with it. The neighborhood is magnificent. A lake, heated pools, outdoor heated showers, beautiful boardwalks to the beach, gorgeous landscaping- I could go on and on. You truly feel like you are transported to a different world within the CS neighborhood. Safe, very quiet, friendly, relaxing, and calming. You can hear the ocean waves and smell the salty breeze from the balconies. Pure perfection. It's now my dream to own a Cinnamon Shore property. Tip: get a golf cart rental during your stay! We cruised up and down the beach every day, and rode out to watch the sun rise each morning. So quiet and ethereal, truly, and FUN.

Labor Day weekend

It was our first time in Port Aransas and the location/beach did not disappoint. We were told we'd be able to checkin at 4:00, but the morning of our reservation received a text that it was ready around 11. While this is nice to be able to get in early, it would have been better to know sooner since we live 4 hours away and planned our drive accordingly. We would have appreciated being able to spend that additional time there. After finally checking in, the condo was great... fully stocked, very clean, decorated nicely. It felt like home away from home!

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week/however, the cabinet face to the trash in our kitchen broke off the first evening and we called twice to have maintenance repair. Each call we were told they would be there the following day but it never happened. We didn’t enjoy having the trash exposed the entire week and it was evident that the facing had been broken prior.
