What a great place. This worked so well for our trip to Sacramento. Great hosts and great place. Very clean!! I actually mentioned to my travel buddy that I thought it was better than what the pictures conveyed. We would stay here again. Thank you!!

The property is great, Everything about this place is great. We had a bit of difficulty at the beginning as everything that should be plugged in was unplugged, including the router. Getting there at 11PM at night, w wanted to watch a TV show and check email, but ad to run around and plug things in. Not a big deal at all, and talking with the host, it likely won't happen again. Overall i very nice place and I would gladly stay there again.

Very spacious accommodations in a nice quiet neighborhood in Folsom, CA.. Just what my family of five was looking for when visiting relatives in the area. The hosts were great to interact with. I would definitely recommend this property to others and will seek out its availability the next time we come to town.

there for work

the stay was great we were working nights the neighbourhood was quiet for sleeping during the day, easy access to groceries and restaurants house was big and open so there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Judy and Ernesto are excellent hosts I have stayed at another location of theirs in the past so was very nice to work with them again. highly recommend and would stay again

The house was great and the location couldn’t have been better. Walked to the bike trail from house. Near Folsom lake and the American river.

This is the second time we have stayed in this home and it always is a great fit. If I had to complain about anything it would be the family room couch is definitely in need of replacing and the windows in the two front bedrooms let in a lot of light so if you have littles sleeping in there they tend to wake up early. Otherwise we have always enjoyed our stays there and there is plenty of room for all 9 of us that stay there together. It is close to town and the freeway. Would definitely recommend it to others and we plan on being there again for our annual trip next year!

Wonderful rental home

Our family enjoyed staying at this lovely property. We were there during heavy rain, and felt safe and secure. We had tons of space for everyone and enjoyed cooking meals in the large kitchen. The owners are easy to communicate with and very kind. Our granddaughter loved the oranges in the back yard too! We will stay here again and we recommend the home for other large families.

Great house for our family group

This house worked really well for our big family gathering. We loved the fenced yard, it was a good secure place for our littles to play. The house was well stocked with dishes and everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of towels and linens. We had a little glitch at check in but the host was super helpful and took care of everything quickly. We will stay at this property again if our group comes back to the area.

Good Choice

We booked this property for a family wedding, with a large group with ages ranging down to age four. The house was a great fit and pretty family friendly. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get to. The owners were easy to communicate with and helped us out when we were short a few sheets for the larger group. Definitely check in with them if needing anything! The house was very well stocked, including the kitchen. The location was easy to access other attractions and shopping. Would certainly stay again.
