This beautiful renovated 3 bedroom oceanfront villa is for those who want to feel like they are always on the beach. As you enter the villa, you will look out toward the beach under a massive oak tree and you will know you have found one of the best views on the island. If you intend to rent an oceanfront villa for the view and convenience to the beach, you cannot find a better villa on Hilton Head Island.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront villa has undergone a complete renovation using one of the best interior decorators and one of the best builders on the island. Everything is new and first class - kitchen, living and dining areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, media area and balcony furniture. It has 2 Primary bedrooms with balconies and king size beds. The third bedroom has twin beds and a living room couch that coverts to queen bed. There are 3 dining areas - dining room. kitchen nook, and balcony. Living room plus media area. Media area includes connections with Netflix, Amazon Instant Video and Apple TV. Living area has Bluetooth' speaker system.

The layout of the villa is unique and different from what you will find in other Windsor and Hampton three (3) bedroom villas. We converted what had been the dining room area into a media area and removed the television from the living room area. This was done for the express purpose of encouraging more "family time" that consisted of conversation, non-television entertainment such as reading and games and incredible view of the beach without the distraction of a television.

The resort like pool area is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and ponds. The pool area includes a heated pool, separate hot tub, reading deck, fire pit, grill, gazebo and children play area. | Rent our villa and receive discounts for resort dining, bike rentals, golf and complimentary tennis & pickleball court time at the award winning Palmetto Dunes Racquet Club. Rent a canoe and go throughout the 12 mile lagoon enjoying nature at its best. Walk to several restaurants or take the free shuttle across the street to Shelter Cove Marina for shopping, dining and entertainment.

Perfect!

This is one of the nicest condos I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! The location is wonderful, inside palmetto dunes, nice pools that are not crowded and short board walk to ocean. The view from the balcony is beautiful and peaceful. The inside of condo is decorated beautifully with high quality furnishings. Beds were a dream. We stayed with my parents and my 2 teenage kids and it was so spacious. I’ll be looking to book it again next year! Rent some bikes and enjoy the trails in and out or palmetto dunes!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Windsor Court South in beautiful Palmetto Dunes. Unit 3208 was fully equipped, was ample space for 5 adults and a 2 year old and everyday we were greeted with the beautiful ocean right out our windows and just a few short steps away. The unit looked exactly as the photos. The unit was the important ways—bathrooms, floors, linens, but with a close look it could have used a bit more attention—vacuum on carpeted areas, dusting of furniture, and dusting if ceiling fan blades, also balcony and doors leading out to the balconies—tracks especially needed attention. The property had two awesome pools (they could have used a bit more attention (lots of sand in the bottom) and a bit more shade—sun covered all day—there are a few umbrellas by chairs but no other way to be shaded—isn’t a real hindrance, though. The propert is quiet and parking is ample and covered. * The dishwasher was broken before we arrived and remained broken for our entire stay but the property manager came and tried to repair it. Unfortunately they didn’t let us know someone was entering the unit which we would have appreciated, but we happened to go in while they were there and they were very forthcoming with the news a part needed to be ordered. Check-in and Check-out was simple and hassle free. Any negative comments here were NOT deal breakers by any means, just feedback. It’s a beautiful place to stay. Definitely would rent again!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an extremely expensive vacation that was not a Sat to Sat rental when I couldn't check in until 4pm and then they told me maybe 6pm and to come back. Other places such as Bethany Beach and Ocean City will let you use the pool and beach access if the condo is not ready. I came back 2 times and they wanted me to come back again when they call me up to 6pm - no way. THen, I was threatened with security being called if I wasn't out by 10pm. Really? Cleaning people knocked on the door on Sat Aug 6 at 9:40am wondering when we were leaving - really???????? For what I paid - look it up, this is terrible. There are many other places to rent from on the east coast - not just Hilton Head and other places in Hilton Head - not just Palmetto Dunes. Also, the lights are flickering throughout the condo; dishwasher didn't work - we have the same one at home; This is my second stay in this same condo; rug in bedroom is dirty - and washing machine is for a giant with long arms - needed to use the chair to get the wash clothes out of the washer. And, is it necessary for every morning, the maintenance people are weed eating or blowing the sidewalks - such noise every single morning. And the trash smelled in the parking lot. And, no carriers to bring up suitcases - only 3. So lets threaten me with leaving exactly at 10am when I also have a handicapped person to take care of. So, someone shows up at 9:40am to clean, but I had to wait until 4pm to 6pm to get in the condo - you should at least give pool and beach access for the day. A rip off for sure. Not Sat to Sat -

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an anazing time. The condo was perfect for our family of 7 that included a three month old and a 3 1/2 year-old. Our check-in was simple, though a bit awkward. By 4 o’clock we had not received any information that our check-in needed to be delayed so at 4:05 we tried our door code and were able to get in. Upon our arrival, there was a gentleman still in, the condo finishing up, but he agreed that we could stay and he would be on his way. As we were beginning to bring our belongings upstairs, one of us was in the condo and a bit boldly, a lady and young man came in and said we needed to leave because they were not done. so we left and waited about 20 minutes before returning. The property was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The only helpful hints we might offer would be: 1) replacing the towel rack in bathroom number three that had been removed from the wall prior to our arrival; 2) washing the windows on the sliders especially before new guests arrive, 3) blowing off the balcony in between guests. Unfortunately, we did feel that in a year’s time the property had received some noticeable wear and tear. We just find it unfortunate that everyone who rents does not take care of the property as if it were their own.We also had some questionable linens left in the primary bedroom closet. We contacted the rental office and were told that we would receive an email regarding those linens as to whether or not they were clean or dirty as they had been left in a clear plastic bag, and we never received the email so we left them exactly where they were. Check in and check out was extremely easy and the rental office always courteous and helpful when we called in preparation for our trip. Payment was simple and itemized clearly.We truly enjoyed our stay at this property and hope to return many times in the future.

Our rental was recently updated and looked good. It was comfortable and easy access. Not sure what the problem was, but no cell access unless outside. Supposed 5G was painfully slow and consistently dropping- frustrating when trying to watch TV and it just goes out. September weather is superb. Most places were impacted by Covid with few workers to man anything: beach, restaurants, anywhere.

Loved the whole experience

Very lovely ocean view villa within Palmetto Dunes property. The villa is laid out and furnished very well. Listening to the surf and watching the pelicans and dolphins were highlights!

Wonderful Winter vacation

The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished wonderfully. The kitchen had just about everything you could want for cooking. The view was fantastic and beautiful at all times of the day. We loved the set up of the family room for games and family time. Only one small complaint. There was not much lighting so games at night were difficult on the eyes. Normally, I would blame it on my old eyes but even our teenagers agreed that the lighting was too dim. But, ultimately did not hurt the week. We had a great time and would rent again if we make it back to Hilton head.

Beautiful property

The views from the condo are more beautiful than the pictures can convey. And the layout, attention to detail, and cleanliness of the condo were all fantastic! Our family really enjoyed our stay here and next time we come, we would love to stay here again! The Pool, beach access, BBQ grills, and peacefulness of the property made it all such a relaxing and fun vacation for us. And seeing deer roam around was just a bonus. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous beach front condo.

This second floor unit was perfect for our group of 6 (my parents, husband, and our teenage sons). The beds were very comfortable, all 3 bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was very well-equipped for preparing meals (lots of dishwater, glassware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans). The layout was much appreciated in terms of the separate tv and sitting areas. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool was great. We have only positive things to say and would gladly return to this lovely rental.

Paradise!

Great condo, beautiful views, clean, well equipped, and excellent owners. Wish we could have brought our little pooch but nonetheless it was a fantastic five weeks. We return to HH annually and now that we are retired, this condo is on the shortlist. Just an FYI for those who prefer softer mattresses, the mattresses in both masters are very firm. The grounds are beautiful and the ocean can be heard rolling up against a long sand beach steps away from the condo. This condo is definitely a ten!! Thanks to David and Jackie for making our stay so wonderful.

Mint Condo with all the amenities

We had a beautiful and memorable stay in this pristine oceanfront property. The condo is very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. It has every amenity a family could need or want. We started our day with coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean and ended it in the same place gazing at the stars. Pool and jacuzzi area very clean as well. We can't think of a better place to spend quality time with those you love!

Beautifully appointed ocean front condo

After 18 years vacationing in Hilton Head, this condo was by far the nicest accommodation we have found to date. The pictures perfectly describe this spacious 3 bedroom condo with absolutely breathtaking sunrises and views of the beach /ocean. Jackie and David have thought of everything in outfitting this condo; it is so well appointed and a dream space to entertain family or guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would ever need including several complete sets of dishes, cookware, a slow cooker, Keurig coffee maker and waffle iron! We felt right at home here. They also thoughtfully supplied many kitchen and cleaning supplies. The complex as a whole is clean and well maintained. After a month vacationing here we truly hated to leave. Thank you Jackie and David for sharing your beautiful Hilton Head home with us- we have wonderful memories.

Beautiful place with great view and perfect location!

This condo was the perfect place for my family of 5 on our recent trip to HHI. It appears newly renovated and very comfortable. The kitchen was great and we had many meals there. The ocean view from the balcony made it a better place to be than most restaurants! The owners were so friendly and helpful! Hope to return in the future!

Our week at this condo was spectacular! The condo is spotless, updated, spacious and beautiful. We had two adults and three 20+ adults and plenty of room for all. We golfed, swam, walked on the ocean, biked, dined and enjoyed the exceptional weather. The two balconies allowed for early morning breakfasts and evening drinks. We will definitely use this condo again. Thanks to the owners for making the rental so easy!

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient

From the moment you walk in, this condo impresses. Everything is new and spotless. The photos are accurate. Bedrooms are set up well, with one king, one queen, and a room with twin beds. Each has an ensuite bath, beautifully decorated, with one bath easily accessible from the main living area. The beds are very comfortable, even for those of us with back problems. The main area is spacious, with breakfast area looking out at the sea, dining area living area, and even a TV nook with widescreen for movie night. The pool is large and heated, there is a shaded area, and the beach is very close. The owners are a pleasure to work with, and the condo is well-stocked, with a binder full of ideas for dining and activities. We enjoyed long beach walks and bike rides to search for alligators (we saw 3). We have never stayed in a nicer place!

Beautiful Condo

First impression of the condo was WOW!! It is very obvious that the owners wanted an extremely nice vacation condo and spent their time and effort to provide one! Everything is new, the kitchen is very well equipped, bathrooms have been beautifully updated and new very comfortable mattresses! We highly recommend this condo! This condo also offers million dollar view's of the ocean, pool and resort!
