The Space:

Stay alone or with friends & family in this stunning hideaway located in the heart of Travis Heights, one of Austin's most beloved and walkable neighborhoods. This light and bright studio has all the luxuries of a hotel suite paired with all the comforts of home.



If you’re an open-concept kind of person (walls are so overrated) then this is the space for you! You’ll be greeted by floor to ceiling walls of beautiful wood, with an adorable modern kitchen surrounded that boasts more subway tile than Grand Central Station. Take a peek out of your expansive front windows and enjoy the views from your private, covered balcony. If you’re inspired to recite a line from Romeo and Juliet - fine by us! You do you.



And if you wanna live like a local, you can’t beat this location. Travis Heights is considered an original "suburb" even though it’s right in the middle of town now. You’ll find it full of quaint bungalows, historic estates, and modern spaces. Old trees tower over the homes and streets, and neighbors and families still sit on front porches. People are warm and friendly. Locals gather and hang out at the neighborhood restaurants with family and friends. Owners, waiters, and workers often get to know you by name. Guest Access:

You are staying in the studio above the garage, behind the main house on Lockhart Lane. Take the stairs on the left side of the driveway up to your place. You may park in the driveway on the far RIGHT space. You access the driveway and your studio from the side street, Newning St.

Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is Austin (AUS) 8 miles | 13 km away. While the neighborhood is highly walkable, we recommend having a car to fully explore the plethora of nearby attractions. However, there is Uber and Lyft in Austin as well, if you prefer.



Other Things to Note:

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.



Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request.



Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.



We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.

- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

It’s self-check-in using a code. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week by text message. Should you need anything, just send us a text message!
