This cabin has 5 King Suites with Ensuite Full Baths, a downstairs game room with 1 Q-over-Q bunks, movie theatre, hottub, and plenty of space. Just Minutes to all the dining, restaurants, entertainment and excitement of Gatlinburg, but in a quiet area for privacy! We provide concierge level service to our guests to ensure an unforgettable time.

The subdivision is all new cabins and has about 20 cabins total. There are mountain views from the subdivision road and it's in a great location. 5 minutes drive to Supermarkets, Ice Cream, BBQ/American and tons of other restaurants, and lots of other necessities.

NOTE:
Fireplace are off from May 1 - 1 October
4WD/AWD vehicles are highly recommended from December-April

Please note our cleaning fee is for general cleaning, trash removal and laundry. If add the items i have above, we may charge an additional cleaning fee depending on severity

We provide a start up of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dishwasher tablets. This start up is plenty to get our guests through their 1st night. Anything outside of what we have provided, the guests are responsible for.

We have an extra guest fee after the 12th person for $30 per night

** An unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100 charge per additional hour.

Use Google Maps:
Please make sure you INCLUDE the “VILLAGE” because there is another address 20 minutes away that is just “Greenbriar Lane” and Google Maps will auto-fill this address so be careful not to make the mistake.

Apple Maps will bring you to the home whereas Google Maps will not.

How to operate the Door Keypad?
To Open: Simply enter the code provided and turn the bolt to the right
To Close: Enter the code and turn the bolt to the left
The door code is displayed under "My Trips"

Just a quick note: You'll have a Campground Charcoal Grill at the property. If you plan on using it, please bring your own Charcoal. (Please see your guidebook in the guest portal for the recommended store near your cabin)

Please use the bear-proof containers on the outside of the cabin. Please do not leave food and trash on the decks and porches or in your vehicles. Bears are active and we are in their habitat.

Bear protection:

1) Do not feed or interact with bears if you see them. Never get in between a mama bear and her cub.
2) Never run away from bears, they would think you are prey. Stay 50 yards away.
3) If needed, make loud noises and move slowly
4) Do not put trash outside unless it's in the bear-proof containers- it will attract bears!
5) Take pictures since they are so cute! But DO NOT approach. Lock car doors and cabin doors as bears have been known to get into them!
6) Remove all food and trash from your vehicles! Bears can smell it and can damage your vehicle trying to get to the food!
7) Keep your car doors locked at all times. Bears are getting wiser and they can open car doors.

Please note that the property can only fit 4 normal-sized cars or 3 large vehicles.
