Located perfectly in highly sought after East Melbourne, right next to the MCG and Fitzroy Gardens, and a short walk to Rod Laver Arena, AAMI Stadium, the Yarra River, Flinders Lane and the CBD, tourist attractions, cafes/restaurants, bars, shopping districts. Jolimont Station and a tram stop are around the corner.

This stylish art-deco apartment has 2 bedrooms (one king, one queen), two bathrooms, two living rooms and a dining room adjoining a spacious, sunny courtyard. The kitchenette has all you need with cooktops, oven, dishwasher complete with a built in laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is well located at the back of the block and is very private and quiet.

The host was a great communicator and the place exceeded our expectations. I was sad to leave but feel very lucky to have stayed. We would stay again in a heartbeat. It was stylish, and comfortable and in a location close to public transport. It couldn't have been better!

We’ll be back!

We loved everything about this property … great location close to cafes and restaurants, trams and trains, walking distance to both the MCG and city via Fitzroy and Treasury Gardens … great layout with two living spaces, private outdoor space and bedrooms with privacy from each other plus comfy beds and pillows … loved the 20s decor. Parking permit for on-street parking appreciated. Prompt communication from owner. We will be back!

Wonderful Character Apartment

We really enjoyed all aspects of this property which was both quiet and close to the city. The host most graciously offered guests use of all items in the house including the turntable with large collection of records and to use food and drinks in the house.The use of the outdoor area was another bonus.

Didn’t want to leave !!

The unit was perfect for us, starting with the parking, the easy entry with clear instructions from the owner Then the comfortable bed, great shower and bath … and even a loaf of bread. we loved everything about it and didn’t want to leave . Would book it again.

Gorgeous place in great location

We have been in and around Melbourne for the past month, staying in various VRBOs and anirbnbs, and this was by far the best accommodation we stayed in. Very easy to check in, lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious outside courtyard, a proper home from home. We will definitely look to re-book when we return to Melbourne. Thank you very much!

Beautiful apartment and excellent location

We spent 5 nights at this lovely apartment and enjoyed every minute. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Australian Open which my husband appreciated. I loved the coffee shops and many good restaurants just a few blocks away. I enjoyed walking the neighborhood and seeing the interesting architecture and gorgeous old homes. Be sure and visit the Johnston collection located in a Victorian townhouse. The host, Al, was very responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend this place!

Perfect location

We were visiting family for Christmas and Boxing Day test at the MCG - perfect access to everything, such a charming, secure apartment, great parking, wonderful provisions and Al was an amazing host. Highly recommended - we will be back!

Great property and host

Well appointed two bedroom apartment very close to amazing Fitzroy Park. Coffee shop on end of street, nice little market around the corner. Apartment had full kitchen and equipment for meals. Easy access with key drop and quiet end of the complex.

Celebrations

Our intention for the weekend was to celebrate one Melbourne daughter’s birthday and the celebration of another daughter who is to have her first baby. This allowed us the opportunity to connect with family, share a meal together and relax. The lounge, dining area provided the space to settle and enjoy time together with the weekend papers and a good coffee. Location was a very easy walk or tram ride to main venues. Very quiet at night too. the space was lovely.
