Stayed at one of the 3 bedroom apartments after visiting sovereign hill, was very close by, convenient, cute, cosy and clean. Check in was simple and information provided was thorough and helpful. Loved that it had plenty if tea and coffee. Correspondence was great. I would highly recommend the apartments especially when visiting sovereign hill. The heaters were also amazing. Thank you.

Conformable and easy

Very comfortable accommodation in easy reach of town. Lovely comfy beds and a good little kitchen. Lovely walk.neaeby along Canadian Creek. Totally recommend staying here!

Ballarat 3 BR apartment

Spacious, warm, clean and comfortable. Some things weren't working, e.g. could not lock the security door, and the fan/light in BR 1 not working (but there is a bedside lamp). Checkin was a bit problematic as the first swipe card I got to open the garage door didn't work. Had to re-park the car outside and get myself back into the building to get another one from the lockbox. 2nd swipe card OK. Took ages to figure out how to turn on the stove top so we could cook breakfast, finally found a switch on the wall marked 'hob'. This made us a bit late checking out, instructions would help. But otherwise the kitchen was well appointed. Good place for a family or group. It belongs to Federation university, looks like student accommodation. Location was about 3 km from centre of town, and the apartment is on a busy road but it was fairly quiet during the night.

Fantastic family weekend!

We took our son and two grandsons to the Friday night Aura show and then all Saturday at Sovereign Hill. The location was perfect. We were able to go back to the apartment for a rest in the afternoon and then it only took a few minutes and we were back ready to see the winter light show. Perfect! The apartment is next door to the Golden Point hotel so it was just a short walk for dinner. The apartment was fabulous and suited our needs perfectly with three very comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped bathroom, kitchen, lounge area and undercover secure parking. The heating was great and so was the wifi. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely stay again and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed the apartment- we couldn’t find a broom otherwise we would have swept up our mess a bit better! I don’t think the blind cords are safe - I really think they should be affixed to the wall. It was a worry how close they were to the bed in one of the rooms which is a worry with young kids staying there.

Great place for Sovereign Hill!

The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Across the road from Sovereign Hill. The kitchen has everything you need - hob, oven and microwave and fully equipped with crockery and utensils. On a main road but did not really disturb our sleep.

Great accomadation

I was so happy with this accommodation. We stayed 1night as we went to Sovereign Hill which is literally across the rd. Its next door to Zagames, which was ideal with small kids. When we arrived the heating was on, best touch considering its so cold in Ballarat. Highly recommend, it was so large, clean and beds very comfortable.

Affordable accommodation, nice space. Only real gripe is relatively small living space, and some minor difficulty communicating with the owner, which might just be because it was during the holiday period. Also, the wifi for our accommodation was down so we were required to use LAN (which is not really an easily accessible option for most people given the prevalence of wifi), and we were not informed about this beforehand.
