The Space:
This stylishly furnished 3,275 sq ft 2-story home with vibrant decor is located in one of Orlando’s best resort communities, ‘Windsor at Westside’ which means, as our guest you have access to an extensive list of community amenities! And you'll be just a short drive to Walt Disney World and Universal studios making it a prime locality and a must stay for you and your family in Orlando!
The main spaces of the home:
- A luminous open-plan living space with elegant and comfortable furnishings.
- The living room has direct access to the private pool and spacious outdoor lounge area.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances and cookware needed to prepare meals at home.
- The garage is converted into a game room with a pool table, foosball & more!
- A private pool, a spacious deck with a lounge area and an outdoor dining table that seats 6.
5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the home to accommodate up to 10 guests as such:
Bedroom 1 - 1 King sized bed.
Bedroom 2 - 1 King sized bed.
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen sized bed (ground floor).

Windsor at Westside is one of the most attractive places to stay with amazing amenities like a pool with a lazy river & fitness area, sports courts, bar lounge, market & deli, and arcade and so much more! In addition to housing multiple amenities, it is a short driving distance to Orlando’s attractions!
As guests of Windsor at Westside, you’re eligible to access the resort amenities of Windsor Palms resort as well. Which also includes a lot more amenities like: access to an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft clubhouse, a pool with a water slide, a tiki bar with a mouth-watering menu for poolside dining, fitness centre, volleyball & multipurpose sports courts, a video arcade and more.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the unit during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The central location of this home offers lots of value in terms of a time spent on looking for fun things to do for you and your family because the community offers resort-style amenities like:
- Access to resort amenities of all “Windsor” projects including Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms
- Wonderful clubhouses, pools, on site dining options and so on!
- Lazy river and multi-purpose sports courts
- Convenience store, “Sundry” in the community for any last minute purchases.
Apart from that, there are also certain local restaurant recommendations from us outside the community:

- Savions
- Tarantions
- Outback Steakhouse
- Giordano's
Getting Around:
All guests are required to pay a $20 fee per vehicle, with no exceptions. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The unit is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by really great restaurants and shopping centers. Apart from the restaurants and bars on site, here are some of the most visited places in Orlando:
Theme parks:
- Disney - 19 min drive (11.8 miles)
- Universal Studios - 28 min drive (20 miles)
- Seaworld Orlando - 23 min drive (15.4 miles)
- Busch Gardens - 1 hour drive (65 miles)
Shopping:
- Target - 11 min drive (4.8 miles)
- Shops at Vista Del Lago - 7 min drive (5 miles)
- Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets - 21 min drive (13.5 miles)
Other Things to Note:
*This short term rental strictly cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed maximum occupancy.
A BBQ grill rental (no propane tank included) is available for use for an additional fee. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.
The private pool can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge and is only available for reservations of 3 days or more. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.
There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
The unit is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- If you're booking through a reservation platform where we are the merchant of record, a $500USD security deposit will be charged before your arrival and subsequently refunded 5-7 days after your check out, providing no damages were caused during your stay. Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted from the transaction.
