Designed for comfort and relaxation, this modern coastal retreat is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the coastline between the world-famous surf break Snapper Rocks and Coolangatta.

Ocean views of Rainbow Bay Beach and sweeping views across the ocean through to the Surfers Paradise skyline can be seen from the rooftop terrace with private hot tub/spa.

Set on the top floor, the apartment is light filled, modern and spacious with relaxed beach aesthetic throughout. The open plan living and dining area flows beautifully to the rooftop balcony, creating the perfect space to enjoy the sea breeze.

The apartment sleeps 6 and comprises 3 stylish bedrooms, with the oversized master bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite situated on the upstairs level.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, while the generous living space is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.



A lagoon style pool surrounded by palm trees, modern- & comfortable-day beds & a communal hot tub/spa are available for guests to use. As is a fully equipped BBQ and shaded eating areas for those lazy days around the pool. Rainbow Bay’s Little Mali beach cafe, Switchfoot Cafe & Black Dingo Cafe are all a short stroll away & offer amazing coffee and delicious & nutritious breakfast & lunch options. There are 3 Surf Clubs & Twin Towns Services club is also a short walk away and offers an array of dining & entertainment options.

Snorkelling at the famous Mini D’Bar Beach is also within walking distance & a must when visiting this beautiful area.

Guests are welcome to access the entire apartment, the private hot tub/spa on the rooftop terrace and also the communal hot tub/spa and lagoon swimming pool.

There is also a communal BBQ for guests to use, located within the pool area.

Rainbow Bay beach is within 100 metres and is widely regarded as one of the Gold Coast's most beautiful beaches, a tranquil and picturesque cove nestled between two rocky outcrops, Greenmount and Snapper Rocks. Gentle rolling surf, safe swimming conditions and all year-round surf patrol ensure it is a popular choice for families.



It is imperative that guests understand that they are booking the 3rd Level Rooftop Apartment 32 on the basis that there is NO LIFT access in The Bay Apartments - only stairs. However, it should not impact negatively on your stay. In fact, the benefit of subconscious daily exercise and the stunning rooftop terrace views that await vastly outweigh any case of tired legs :):) As you will see from the reviews, the stairs are not an issue for guests.
