This 2 bedroom unit is very popular with its spacious rooms and bedding choices. It also comes equipped with a washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a private ski locker in the garage area and an underground parking space. Park Avenue Lofts also has a common-area outdoor hot tub, fitness center and conference center. Being only a 1/2 block from Main Street and the slopes, everything is nice and close to this location.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

The place was clean and functional. Location was great for getting the shuttle, walking across the street to the slopes or getting anywhere on Mainstreet. My family had a great time and enjoyed everything.

Holiday getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! Check in was easy and all communications were great. Condo was nice and cozy and walking distance to everything. Having our own personal spa was a treat! Would recommend this place!

Best Location!

This building is in the perfect location! Close to restaurants and shops, urgent care, bus stop. The rental was great for our family of 4. The windows and doors need to be replaced (wind and snow blows in) but the space heaters made it comfortable.

Great location

Great location. Hot tub had a gorgeous view of slopes. Walking distance to quicksilver lift. We had an issue with one of the windows and maintenance was there to fix it within a few minutes of us calling.

Great little condo near Breck Village

We came up mid-week for some ski lessons for our kids. The condo was very close to the Village base where the ski lessons were taking place which made it very convenient. The property itself was clean and the kitchen had what we needed to make a couple meals. Beds were comfortable and their were some books and board games available too which was nice. Only thing I would metion is that most of the blinds are broken and the hot tub was low on water, but not deal breakers. Again, great little property and would stay again!

Good location and overall it was ok, but the condo needs some upkeep and TLC. Overall nothing major, but could have been better for the price. The upstairs toilet wouldn't flush properly, the downstairs bath tub drained slowly. The kitchen sink had a bad smell. Some of the windows and blinds wouldn't open. The patio door wouldn't lock. Bathroom vents didn't work. No hand soap. Again, nothing that ruined the stay, but those were a few things to improve.
