For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience.

Getting Around:
Getting around is effortless from this prime location. The apartment includes complimentary on-premises undercover parking, with additional free parking available outside the property and in the adjacent parking building. The McMahons Point ferry is just 50 metres away, offering a scenic 7-minute trip to Sydney CBD, while North Sydney Station and the business district are within easy walking distance. Cafés, restaurants and local shops along Blues Point Road are just around the corner, making it easy to explore Sydney by foot, ferry, train or car.
Other Things to Note:
The washing machine is in the building. Not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Lost keys, or keys not returned to the lockbox at check-out, will incur a call-out fee.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. The fire alarms are very sensitive and may trigger a Fire Brigade call-out. A $1,000 fee will apply if smoking or vaping activates the fire alarm.
