Great for our needs
My son and I stayed in the condo while we were in Park city for a sports event. The condo is easy to access off the freeway and close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and more. The freeway traffic was a bit louder than I anticipated, and I suggested ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The kitchen is equipped to cook all meals, although the counter space is none as there are large appliances in every section of counter space. Overall, as we were just sleeping and eating our meals at the condo it was a great place to launch from.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable
This unit was perfect for me and my husband for our week of skiing at PCMR. It was clean, quiet and warm. The water was hot and had good pressure which was so soothing after a long day on the mountain. The full sized washer and dryer were a necessity for our snowy week. We really appreciated the unit having toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, dish washing liquid and dishwasher pods along with other condiments. The location is very convenient to the grocery store, liquor store and various eateries. The owner was very responsive with questions and the owner's book had many great suggestions on what to do and where to eat. Thank you for sharing you place with us!

Nice Place, didn’t get to use the fireplace
Directions and check in went well. The condo is very nice and had plenty of space for our stay. We noticed the pilot light was out on the fireplace when we got there so I emailed our contact. He informed me the fireplace was broken and instructed us to use the thermostat for the temperature. No prior notice. We were there to ski and usually dry our gloves, helmets, etc in front of the fireplace. Plus, the registers for the heater are in the ceiling so no luck there. Damp gloves for the weekend. Would have considered another place had we known.

Broken coffee maker and no AC
Coffee maker was broken upon arrival. I called the number that the instructions said to call and the woman implied I broke it. I had to pull teeth to get another one, at one point the property owner tried to get me to go get one for him.
The place didn’t have AC and it was hotter than hell. I requested a fan and someone dropped off an air purifier. After that, the property owner no longer responded to my texts.

Tammy, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We're sorry to hear that it was very hot in the unit during your stay. We know the condo can get hot mid-summer, however, HOA regulation does not allow for AC units in the building. This is shared with all guests in the pre-arrival instructions, as well as in a welcome binder we have in the living room. Once you requested a fan, we had our local point of contact purchase one and she delivered it the same day.
-After you informed us of your trouble with the coffee maker, I informed our contact. She told us that it was working fine when she cleaned it the day before. Though after you expressed how important your morning coffee was to you, we offered to pay for your coffee and breakfast the next morning while we found a replacement. Since you refused this proposition, we offered to reimburse you for a coffee maker of your choice that you would have had to go to a local store to purchase. This would have been the quickest way to get a new coffee maker since our contact is located about an hour away from the property. This offer seemed to have upset you so we had our local contact drive to the store in the evening to purchase one and then deliver it to the house the same night. We're sorry if we offended you with our offer to go purchase one from the store.
-We believe our communication was always consistent and polite. We covered all of your queries but if there was anything that was left unattended, please feel free to bring it to our attention.

There were a lot of steps that we weren’t expecting, it was hard to carry luggage to the basement apt. Also, It was too hot to not have A/C. The fan was not adequate.
