Our Separation Creek / Wye River Beach House is the ultimate place to reconnect with nature and simple pleasures. An idyllic luxury location, this coastal retreat provides all the opportunity to wind down, explore the region and to find solitude.

Wake to waves rolling, spot koalas in the towering trees, watch whales migrate through Bass Strait and hear birds singing in the morning sun. Adjoining the Great Otway National Park, take in rugged coastlines, spotless beaches and the mountains of the Otway Ranges.

We have equipped our Beach House with all the tools you need to cook, to play and to relax for hours on end.  We provide spirits and mixers to make our special welcome cocktail and bottled mineral water for all guests.

The Space:

Upstairs is the entertaining space with a wide-open & fully appointed kitchen which overlooks the adjacent nature reserve, dining & open fire. In keeping with our goal, there is a spectacularly large veranda, perfect for taking in the incredible views while sipping on a G&T.

Downstairs is a private retreat for each guest, with three boutique hotel-style rooms. Our Coastal House can sleep up to 4 guests across 2 private rooms. Our Coastal House offers ‘democratic’ private bedrooms, all with identical proportions, king-sized beds, luxury linen, separate bathrooms & stunning floor-to-ceiling ocean views. No need to draw straws!

Note.

Our Coastal House offers boutique hotel-style accommodation, which sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 private rooms. No matter how many people you book for, you will have exclusive use of the house.

Our house offers 2 ‘democratic’ private bedrooms, both with identical proportions and features, and each with separate bathrooms.

- Booking for 1-2 guests means access to 1 x king-sized guest room (1 bedroom will remain closed).

- Booking for 3-4 guests means access to 2 x king-sized guest rooms (both bedrooms will be open).

While we have a house manager a call away should you need anything, we offer a simple self-check-in, a comprehensive house guide and local activity tips.

Generally, we are a pet-free house. However, if you have a small dog, please contact us to discuss before you book.
