You’ll love being within walking distance of the shops – the General Store, cafés, restaurants and beaches are all just minutes away.

The master bedroom (with ensuite) enjoys those very same stunning views and is privately located on one side of the living areas. The main kitchen, lounge and dining space are light and inviting, and the multilevel roofline adds a wonderful sense of space. On chillier days, the open fire heats the entire house via a hydronic heating system — making Kyarra an ideal winter escape.

Double glazing ensures a quiet, restful stay. With WiFi and desks in two of the large, bright bedrooms, you can easily combine ‘working from home’ with an after‑work surf, a cliff‑top walk or a relaxing drink on the deck overlooking the magnificent coastline.

Outside, Kyarra is surrounded by lush green grass — perfect for kids to run around while you enjoy the outdoor dining and BBQ area.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
