Property is not as listed.

Home is very damaged inside, not as nice as it looks in pictures, pillows on all beds are horrible, sofas are old as they can be. Personally we will never use this home again specially for the price and the conditions of home.

Family trip

This house did its job, however the game room was not usable. The pool sticks did not have any tips, the rack to rack the balls was broken, the was not sand fir the shuffle board table. The hot tub did not work. The stairs were not swept, 2 patio chairs were broken. This house could use an up date, but it did do its job for my family.

Spring Break

Unfortunately our experience had many inconveniences beginning with check-in. After our lengthy road trip we were excited to arrive only to find out our door code was incorrect. After calling twice we were given access to the lock box for the key. Additionally the images are misleading as the home needs a lot of maintenance. Numerous disgusting stains on furniture, walls, cabinets, and floors. Very evident that cleaning is not practiced efficiently. Various furniture throughout the rental was broken. Remotes had no back covers, some were missing batteries. The screen from the pool inclosure was ripped which made for our first evenings uncomfortable with mosquitos and insects. While I understand this is a rental if description of the property and images were up to date I'd have the option to pass on booking. Afterall I'm booking a vacation home, not a home that upon arrival I have to clean because I felt it unsanitary. Upon contacting with our concerns and sending images of all inconveniences one item was corrected on day 3 of our trip; screen for pool was fixed. Putting these things aside we made the best of the rental enjoying the spacious home, and private pool/spa.

Definitely would book again! This house was amazing! It had everything you could possibly think of. Every room was larger than expected. Will visit again.

Holiday Stay 2021

The home is beautiful and very spacious. Unfortunately, we had a few hiccups during our stay. The cleanliness of the house was not up to par at all. Dust, cob webs, spider webs and dirt throughout the home. The walls need to be cleaned, repaired and touched up with paint. The backsplash in the kitchen needs to cleaned thoroughly. Also, the iron was missing from the home. We paid for the pool to be heated during our stay. After following the directions provided prior our stay we found the hot tub to be lukewarm. Spoke with the property manager and he sent someone out to check on it. Also, he mentioned that we would receive a refund. Even though the property was not cleaned as I am used to, I would give them another opportunity based on constant communication and attentiveness from the property management company.

Nice property but had issues

We never received check in information or messages from owner on how to access the property. We guessed the access code for the door after trying to reach the owner for hours, we had no way to reach the owner or property manager but through the vrbo app. The property also had ants in nearly every room including kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. There were also no instructions on how to use the community amenities or property amenities. We had to figure it all out on our own. Getting over these issues, we enjoyed the property and pool.
