Its a great base for a large range of activities and different scenery from mountain to coast, from sunshine to misty vistas. Susanne is a lovely host, great cook and accommodation has everything you need. Very comfy and cosy. Nice and close to unpack a bonus. We hiked around Maleny and Point Cartwright , so had our dose of nature and nurture . We will be back.

Manuka Getaway was perfect!! Great location and a peaceful self contained unit with so many lovely touches. Access to the pool which we needed being so hot! The thought that Suzanne puts into her guests stay is certainly felt. Our breakfast both days was outstanding and such an adorable setting to eat in. Would love to come back for a longer stay. There was nothing we didn’t like about staying here. Thank you Suzanne

Suzanne was delightful. The property was clean, breakfasts were delicious, bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The weather was perfect so all in all, the perfect getaway.

Fantastic. Our genuinely kind and thoughtful host Suzanne made us feel very welcome even before we arrived.Manuka Getaway is a lovely cosy cottage in tranquil surroundings yet close to the many attractions that the Maleny area has to offer. The weather was great during our 4 day stay and so we enjoyed our delicious generous breakfasts out on the terrace while we had delightful conversations with Suzanne and it was a real treat to meet Suzanne’s friendly little dogs, Jupiter and Ollie.Suzanne’s thoughtfulness and extra touches were very much appreciated and the cottage had everything we needed as the online photos show. The super comfortable bed was very welcome at the end of a day exploring.We’d love to stay again and will definitely recommend Manuka Getaway to others.Thank you Suzanne .

Beautiful accomodation in great location

Fabulous! Great location, close to restaurants and local interests. Very comfy bed. The host, Suzanne, so very friendly and made us feel really welcome. Nothing was too much bother! Wonderful gourmet breakfast. Lovely welcome hamper. We felt very spoilt!

A wonderful escape

We were so pleased with this accommodation. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with anything we needed if we chose to cook. There was with Maleny milk in the fridge for our tea and coffee. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Our host Suzanne provided wonderful breakfasts to give us the energy to visit the many attractions in the area, and gave useful advice on places to see and how to get there. We were sad to leave and will definitely return another time.

Loved our stay! Quiet location with a gorgeous garden outlook from the balcony. Lots of special touches - tea options, unique furnishings, flowers, soaps etc. Suzanne is not only an excellent host but someone I could chat to for hours. Beautiful breakfasts, comfortable bed. Happy to repeat visit.

Getaway with great hospitality

An exceptional host, who delivered amazing hospitality, delicious breakfasts, very comfortable accommodation. Loved the fireplace during the chilly weather we had. With so many beautiful scenic places, shops and cafés, this place is top for a country visit that has everything. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended

Lovely clean, spacious property about 3km from town centre but in a nice quiet leafy area. Gem of a host who went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing each morning. She also provided tips for things to do, places to see etc. Highly recommend a stay at this piece of paradise. We will definitely be returning.

Great location, facilities & host

Picked this location by chance and was pleased when it exceeded my expectations. The host was exceptionally friendly and made an outstanding breakfast that catered to our eating likes/dislikes. Loved the location and found Maleny a great little area to explore from. I would recommend this accomodation to friends.

Extremely comfortable

Suzanne was a very generous and gracious host. We felt very welcome and appreciated all the comforts of home in spacious surroundings. The alfresco breakfast served amongst the tropical gardens was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed Suzanne’s company and hope to return.

A wonderful experience

Suzanne was a sublime host. She was attentive to our needs, a great raconteur, provided wonderful breakfast dishes, and gave great advice about what to see and do. We’re well travelled but have never experienced such generosity and care during our stays.

Best Getaway of our Trip
