This peaceful and tranquil home boasts 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite.
At the opposite end of the house are the other three bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 singles in each. The main bathroom has a corner spa bath and separate shower.

Linen is supplied - just bring your own pool/beach towels.

There are multiple living areas including the main lounge room as well as living area adjoining the contemporary style kitchen overlooking the huge deck and swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave and dishwasher.
You can bring your dog however, please remove all evidence. The large back yard is not fenced, though. There is also an environmental cycle. The spacious internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Strictly no parties.

Picketts Valley is bounded by the suburbs of Avoca Beach and Terrigal. With Avoca Lake in the north, the Tasman Sea in the east, Mourawaring Moor and Bouddi National Park in the south.
