El apartamento se encuentra en la bahía natural de Portoconte 10 kilómetros de Alghero. Rodeado de pinares y vegetación mediterránea, abundando en las bahías solitarias y calas escondido playas suaves, es el lugar ideal para tomar el sol, natación, pesca, vela, windsurf, buceo, senderismo, paseos a caballo o simplemente caminar por los senderos del parque.
Después de un largo día en la playa por la noche puede ser tan ocupados gracias a restaurantes, discotecas, bares y entretenimiento en la zona o en las cercanías de Alghero. Este apartamento con cocina consta de un dormitorio, otra habitación, una sala de estar con sofá, mesa, sillas y utensilios de cocina, un baño grande con ducha y bañera y bidé, una terraza amueblada con mesa y sillas para que pueda cenar al fresco .....

Ideal for a small family

Large apartment consistent with the description: all you need is there. Ideal for a small family who wants to have everything nearby. Located in the Parco di Porto Conte, a few minutes from Alghero, the Grotta di Nettuno, in particular. Provides a viable base for exploring the region.

Nice accomocation and impeccable host

We (2 adults and 2 children (8 and 12)) stayed in the flat for a week at the beginning of October. We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation offers everything you need for a holiday stay. The contact with Rita is uncomplicated, charming and leaves nothing to be desired. The accommodation is located on the edge of a nature reserve and in the heart of the diverse region around Alghero. There are varied opportunities for activities and a number of beautiful beaches in the area. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation .

Relax and get away from it all

This was a great property in an even better location. We loved it here. Rita was very helpful and it was nice that she was there to meet us when we arrived. The view from our bedroom was superb and we loved having breakfast sitting on our balcony every day. The beaches were busy but we found some lovely, quiet beaches off the beaten track. It was useful to have a car. We love Sardinia and Maristella and are seriously considering going back next year.

Perfetto holiday

Have not rested that well in a long time: Rita has been very helpful and nice, the apartment is spacious and very tidy, situated in an amazingly quiet area. And what's important - everything you need is close by: the sea with its wide sandy beaches, grocery shops (for other shops one has to drive to Alghero), and the airport (if you don't rent a car, there is a bus that will drop you off nearby). Our conclusion: For everyone who wants to relax to its fullest, it's a must to go Sardinia. And everyone, who wants to live there comfortably and to feel at home, should stay in Rita's place.

fine house in perfect surrounding

Perfect appartment with panoramic balcony in the bedroom (breakfast in the sun!) and shady front terrace for the hot afternoons. Quiet neighbourhood bordering sublime coastal nature reserve. Trattoria: 200 meters, alimentare: 300 meters. Nearest beach: 250 meters. The bikes that come with the house are excellent for tours to beaches, to places where you can hike, to Alghero, etc.

Cute house, easy access to beautiful beaches.

We stayed at Rita's house for 6 nights in August and found it very clean and comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to beautiful beaches. Rita was a lovely, welcoming host, we enjoyed meeting her and appreciated her local knowledge. Parking right outside the property. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen nicely equipped. We had been traveling previously, so appreciated the washing machine. The internet access was great. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Rita!

Something for everyone.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment which is in a quiet location right next to a nature reserve and within easy reach of the spectacular coastline, beaches, archaeological sites and the attractive city of Alghero. Rita is a charming and welcoming host, who gave us a thorough introduction to the very clean and well-organised apartment, and who took considerable effort to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. She also provided a lot of information on places of interest, restaurants and on local festivities. We thoroughly recommend this apartment for a relaxed but interesting holiday. There is something for everyone here.

Even better than expected.

My wife and I stayed for 9 days at the end of July 2018. Right from the beginning of the booking Rita (the owner) was extremely well organised and helpful which made everything very straightforward. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious and modern inside. Even though our plane was delayed by 2 hours Rita was there when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. There is no English TV but this did not bother us as on holiday we prefer to do other things.The house is in a peaceful area with the sea and National Park walks on the doorstep. Altogether a very enjoyable holiday and we would love to return.

Maristella duplex apartment

More than an apartment as it is on 2 floors! There are sea-views from one balcony and the neighbourhood is quiet (apart from the dogs!!). There are good beaches within walking/cycling distance (2 bikes provided) and the immediate area is good for cycling as it is pretty flat. The local supermarket has a bit of everything and the owners are friendly. As we were visiting out of season, not all the local restaurants were open but we had a wonderful meal out at an 'agriturismo' - a farm restaurant using local produce. Rita was very helpful and was always on hand for any questions.

Wonderful place to relax !

Me and my partner stayed in this wonderful appartment for a week - we have had the most amazing time in Sardinia indeed. Very tranquil, relaxing place with views to die for. Rita extremely easygoing and helpful lady, very well organised to make the guests stay as enjoyable as possible. Two balconies on each side of the house, terrace in front of the house for thouse who fancy breakfast on the fresh air - briklliant. House is spacious, clean and equipped with all neccessities and should you miss anything Rita will go extra mile to help out. Laptop, internet very useful too. I would reccomend to have a car like we did, so you can see more of this beautiful island, explore different beach every day of the week, visit Algero and Stintio and much much more. Relaxed holiday on Sardinia

In total two weeks we stayed on Sardinia and enjoy the time very much. It was very hot, but due to the aircondition in the sleeping room and a fan it wasn't a problem. In fact of the "two" sides of the house we could open the windows in the morning and the evening to effect an air flow. In nearly five minutes you reach the bathing bay in the near. On weekend it is really crowdy but in the evening it is always quite and empty. To Alghero it takes by car about 20 minutes. In the evening parking is very difficult because of many tourist. There is also a public bus but we never use it. Also to other points of interest an own car is helpfull. Bosa, Sassari, Argentiera, Porte Torres are nice places to see. The support of Rita is very friendly. The house is well equipped. We can fully recommend the house of Rita!

Die Wohnung hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, insbesondere die sehr ruhige Lage nahe dem Meer und die Möglichkeit, in nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto in der Altstadt von Alghero zu sein, waren beeindruckend. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sind total leise und stören überhaupt nicht. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar, ansprechbar und sehr hilfreich für Ausflugsziele und das Finden von Stränden. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal zurück. Vielen Dank für alles Rita!

Urlaub in Maristella bei Rita

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön, die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Rita, die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde alles sehr gut erklärt, alle erforderlichen Informationen für die Urlaubs Gestaltung sind vor Ort in der Ferienwohnung vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es schöne Strände und jeden Menge Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine au mois de Septembre dans la maison de Rita. Elle nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous avons apprécié qu'elle parle français. Le lit de la chambre à coucher est Queen Size (160 cm). La maison est très bien située pour visiter Alghero et la région de Porto Conte (plages, randonnées, divers musées, excursions en bateau à la grotte de Neptune depuis Alghero, repas en agriturismo ...).

Ein gemütliches Haus in schöner Lage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten jederzeit während des Aufenthaltes Fragen stellen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet (z. B. mit einem Sonnenschirm, vielen Handtüchern, ...) und sehr sauber. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Büchern in verschiedenen Sprachen und auch viele Informationen über die Gegend. Die Einzelbetten sind etwas durchgelegen und es ist sehr warm im Haus. Wenn man lüften möchte, kommen abends die Mücken ins Haus. Mit Steckern und Spray kann man sich behelfen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und alles ist wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Séjour agréable chez Rita

Nous avons passé 6 jours chez Rita, qui est une hôte très sympathique, à l'écoute de nos besoins et avec qui il a été très facile de communiquer ! Le logement est spacieux, tout l'équipement nécessaire était présent et en très bon état d'utilisation/fonctionnement. L'espace extérieur est petit mais ombragé, pratique lors de fortes chaleurs. Le voisinage est calme à l'exception d'un chien qui malheureusement aboie fréquemment et peut être gênant au petit matin. Le logement est bien situé, proche de Fertilia où l'on trouve des bars restaurants (le 4.6 ainsi que le Sottoprua sont top) et Alghero, ville à visiter absolument. Emplacement idéal

Un séjour très agréable chez Rita qui a pris soin de ses hôtes ! La maison est dans un état irréprochable. Pas un grain de poussière Rita est bienveillante et soucieuse que ses hôtes passent un séjour agréable ! Le logement est très bien situé et nous a permis de profiter des plages, de randonner ! Merci Rita ! Au plaisir !

Sommerurlaub mit viel Strand und blauen Wasser

Unser zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt auf Sardinien war Klasse. Wir haben uns bei sommerlichen Temperaturen am Strand und in der tollen Ferienwohnung von Rita prima erholt. Rita ist für uns immer ansprechbar und war wegen der An- und Abreise mit der Fähre mit den Check in und -out Zeiten sehr flexibel und entgegenkommend. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine. Vom Balkon des Schafzimmers hat man Blick aufs Meer. Auf der kleinen schattigen Terrasse im Eingangsbereich kann man gut Frühstücken und Abendbrot essen. Kleiner Konsum ist in der Nähe. Zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ansonsten finden sich in der Umgebung des Objektes noch eine Vielzahl weiterer Strände und Möglichkeiten die Insel zu erkunden.

Schöne Lage nahe Alghero

Das Appartement hat alles, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Rita ist eine herzliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin, die immer sehr schnell antwortet und sofort zur Stelle wäre, wenn man etwas braucht. Lediglich die Hitze hat uns zu schaffen gemacht. Im der Wohnung ist ein Ventilator, den wir ins Kinderzimmer gestellt haben. Im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnbereich war es trotz offener Fenster und Türen ziemlich warm. Hier wären vielleicht Deckenventilatoren oder zumindest ein zusätzlicher Lüfter anzuraten. Vor den Fenstern und Türen sind Mückengitter. Die sind auch notwendig – denn die Viecher sind lästig. Wir hatten eine elektronische Fliegenklatsche dabei und haben abends die Räume nach den Nervötern abgesucht… Vom Schlafzimmer-Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die malerische Bucht von Maristella. Auch das Kinderzimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es einen kleinen abgeschatteten Patio mit Tisch, der zum Frühstück im Freien einlädt. Ganz in der Nähe des Appartments gibt es ein kleines aber feines und sehr empfehlenswertes Lokal (Il Galeone) wo man herzlich empfangen wird und die typischen Gerichte serviert bekommt. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die preiswerten Longdrinks/Cocktails von Stefano! Im kleinen Dorfladen, drei Straßen weiter bekommt man alles nötige für das tägliche Leben, vor allem aber viele sardische Spezialitäten Über einen Fußweg erreicht man einen kleinen Strand (ca. 200 Meter vom Appartement)…

Lieber Martin und Familie, vielen Dank für Ihre großzügige Bewertung, Sie waren wundervolle Gäste, Sie haben das Haus wie Ihr eigenes genutzt und ich habe mich sehr gefreut, Sie kennenzulernen. Es tut mir leid, dass Sie unter der Hitze gelitten haben, und ich werde Ihren Rat beherzigen, einen zweiten Ventilator bereitzustellen, damit beide Räume gekühlt werden können. Leider befinden Sie sich in einer sehr heißen Zeit, wir sind Opfer eines großen Klimawandels und können es nicht einfach Lösungen zu finden. Ich hoffe, dass Sie die Gelegenheit haben, viele Länder unserer großen Welt zu besuchen, aber ich hoffe auch, dass Sie nach Sardinien zurückkehren möchten. Es wird eine große Freude sein, Sie wiederzusehen. Die besten Wünsche für Gesundheit und Glück.

Großzügiges Appartement am Rande eines Naturschutzgebiets.

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Appartement ruhig gelegen in einem Feriendorf am Rande eines Naturschutzgebiets. Ideal, um von dort Ausflüge zum Capo Caccia, den umliegenden Stränden oder nach Alghero zu machen. Rita hat durch ihre sehr warmherzige, vertrauensvolle Art und durch ihr zuverlässiges Handeln dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns in ihrem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Sie ist eine außerordentliche Gastgeberin, die immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Bedürfnisse hatte und in deren Haushalt es an nichts fehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

alles was man braucht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem perfekt eingerichteten Appartment sehr genossen. von unserer Seite gibt es absolut keine Beanstandung. Alles war sehr sauber und reichlich vorhanden. Die drei Terassen/Balkon haben wir am Abend oft genutzt, um gemütlich ein Glas Wein zu trinken.

Belle maison idéalement située

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Rita qui est très sympathique et aux petits soins. La maison est impeccable et très bien située pour visiter l'ouest de la Sardaigne.
