Park your car for your visit and enjoy a leisurely stroll downtown to take in the sights, sounds and adventure that we have to offer. Enjoy the salt air, and relax as the tide goes in and out from your private backyard, and your 4 individual private balcony's. This home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, propane fireplace, full kitchen, 2 living rooms, and lots of living space for friends and family.

A wonderful location in St Andrews! 3 Bedroom and 3 Bath was a plus for 3 couples. Right on the water with a beautiful deck to enjoy the view and downtown right outside your door. Perfect VRBO

We had a wonderful time in St. Andrews! The property was excellent! We totally enjoyed sipping wine on the deck, and we could walk everywhere in the town from the house. The furnishings were very comfortable and afforded each of us individual privacy.We fell in love with the town as soon as we saw it! We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing Location, Deck and Decor

Spent the long weekend. Walked to restaurants for dinner, ate lunches and breakfasts on the glorious deck. Beautiful, romantic rooms, gorgeous views.

Our 3rd stay at this beautiful spot in the heart of downtown St. Andrews! We keep coming back because it has everything we want---very pet friendly, mere steps away from dining and shopping, a wonderful deck and view, plenty of room to stretch out, very clean and user-friendly. Our host, Karen, is quickly responsive to any concerns; my communication with her over three years have been friendly and informative. Am already looking forward to next year!!

St. Andrew’s Waterfront

This home far surpassed our expectations especially with location. The home was well appointed with little “extras” including spices and bathroom amenities. The only thing missing was a cutting board but that was easily overcome. Thank you for a great stay.

A Return Trip

Our second stay at Karen’s beautiful water’s edge home in St andrews was as delightful and comfortable as our first. We love being so close to the downtown area and, again, found it to be a friendly, charming place to shop, eat, wander, and relax. Hated to leave! Thanks, Karen!!

We enjoyed a family gathering at this property. The owner is extremely responsive and the property is well equipped and comfortable with all kinds of character. The deck overlooking the waterfront and St. Andrews is an incredible outdoor gathering spot. The property is easy walking distance to the Town wharf and Main Street shops and restaurants, as well as the Algonquin Resort, Kingsbrae Gardens and the historic blockhouse. St. Andrews is a truly beautiful summer and fall destination with many new restaurants and dining experiences. It provides an authentic and unrivalled New Brunswick coastal experience! We highly recommend this property as part of a St. Andrews family or group adventure. We plan on returning later this year…

Very nice clean home with spacious rooms in a perfect downtown location close to shops and restaurants. House has a great deck with comfortable furniture offering wonderful views of the ocean. Home exterior aesthetics is very average but everything else met or exceeded expectations.

My family and I loved this house! From the minute you walk through the front door, you can see thought was put into the really fun decor. The view from the deck/s is amazing - the Bay of Fundy. You can watch the tide go out and come back in. There are plenty of places to sit on the deck and 2 fire pits. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We loved that you can walk out the front door and within minutes you’re at a great restaurant, shops, bars etc…

Best VRBO Ever

The town of St. Andrews is totally fabulous in SO many ways if you enjoy 'easy-peasy' and friendly living. Our VRBO could not have been better--spotless, centrally located, beautifully furnished, perfect view w/deck. AND, I got to bring my dog!! ;-). Our hostess, Karen, was totally available whenever I reached out. We cannot wait to go back next year. Have been on VRBO for many years and rented numerous times in FL, on Cape Cod, and along the coast of Maine. This one will forever be The Favorite because it was met every expectation for location, accommodation, ease of access, and comfort. Thanks, Karen!!

Perfect location in St. Andrews!

This was our second stay at this location. It is comfortable for 6 adults. The bedrooms are large and there are 3 bathrooms. Renovations to the back deck now provide access to the back yard, a large seating and eating area, and a BBQ. The view of the water is spectacular. The kitchen is reasonably equipped. Our only real complaint was that we all felt that the check in and out times are later/earlier than other properties we have rented. A 10:00 a.m. check-out makes for a very rushed departure. We felt that it was an abrupt end to the weekend.

Weekend Ladies Getaway

We just spent a couple of days at this beautiful property on the water in Saint Andrews. There was a group of 6 ladies celebrating one of our 60th birthdays. The place was spectacular. The pictures really do not do it justice. We were able in April to sit outside on the balcony with the beautiful sun shining down on us listening to the sound of the gentle waves. The bedrooms were large (2 bedrooms had King Sized beds and one bedroom had two double beds), and each had their own sitting areas. The kitchen was great in the morning to make coffee and a quick breakfast before we headed out for the day. It's right on Water Street, and we walked to the Algonquin in about 10 minutes to have dinner where we saw deer on every corner. I cannot praise this place more - definitely a find, and we will for sure book this place again and stay longer next time. The hostess also got right back to us when we had a request and went out of her way to ensure our surprise birthday celebration went off without a hitch. Loved loved this place.

Beautiful house in an amazing setting.

The house is in beautiful setting on the water and walking distance to the historical downtown. House was clean and perfect for multiply couples as each bedroom is separate with its own.washroom. The only thing missing was a table to sit at but the balconies overlooking the water were the best. We would stay there again, anytime.

AN AMAZING ADVENTURE

This property is well worth the opportunity if you are looking for comfort and location. Located steps away from downtown St. Andrews we only used our car to visit tourist sites. The house is well appointed and clean. The views are stunning and each bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Our host was always quick to reply to any questions we had and we felt very welcome. On our next visit to St. Andrews we will definitely be booking into this wonderful property.
