Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "The Big Awesome" and "The Bigger Awesome" - 12 modern and classically renovated 2-bedroom/1-bathroom and 1-bedroom/1-bath furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street. Your condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium-sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $55.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make the necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

A Comfortable Stay

We arrived pretty late, so it was dark. I would suggest better lighting in the parking area and on the entry gate, it would have helped us locate the entry better. Our condo was neat, clean and comfortable. Coming and going were easy. Team BCA Response: Thank you for the feedback! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Excellent experience!

The facilities are excellent, very clean, very accesible. The management was very responsive and the service was excellent. The instructions very clear and personalized. Very comfortable, nicely decorated, and spacious

Very nice apartment. Updated and nicely decorated. The kitchen is great with new appliances, GAS STOVE!!, washer and dryer, gated entry. I travel to Atlanta for business on occasion and I will be staying here again. Thanks for a great stay! Great location + clean apartment = perfect spot

I stayed here for a weekend in Atl and it was the perfect place for us. Very close to everything and easy to get to! Comfortable/safe feel outside. Very nice on the inside and accurate to the listing! About as clean as it gets and has everything you may need! I will be staying here again!

Perfect Location

Close to the city, but just outside of it so you can sleep soundly. Check-in is thorough and quick. You get one assigned parking in their parking lot. The other vehicle has to park on the street, which was very easy to find parking. I'd stay here again next time I'm in Atlanta!

Atlanta Ballet extended stay

Third Time Staying Here, Will Definitely Be Back

I've been in the process of moving to Atlanta for over a few months now, and through that process, I've had to stay in temporary housing during my trips. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at BCA. Each time I've stayed at one of their locations, it's been impeccably clean and cozy. Each apartment has everything you could need for your stay and I have always felt immediately at home every time. The beds are a dream to sleep on, bathroom amenities are high quality, kitchen was ready to cook in with all utensils, pots, pans, etc. well stocked. The sofa and chairs are soft and comfortable, and there is even a small dining space with four chairs. Once I permanently moved to Atlanta, I was so comfortable at BCA that I extended my stay for the first few weeks of my move-in process as furniture was being delivered to my new apartment. I will never stay in a hotel in Atlanta again, as BCA is my go-to spot for short or long term furnished stays.
