Easy access, and a happy place for all kinds of holidays. Perfectly located for families with small children, kite surfers, retirees and people with mobility issues. Views of the water, about 180 metres from the foreshore with undercover seating and free bbq. If you like water sports turn left onto The Esplanade and there you have it with modern toilet and shower facilities, and plenty of grass for rigging or picnic.
A clean and beautiful house with lots of room and undercover outdoor seating on the front patio, as well as closed backyard with seating area. Fast free unlimited NBN with wifi and ethernet so you can set up your workspace if required, then finishing up the day with a walk along the beach before reading a book or watching a movie in the cozy lounge (Chromecast Ultra available, stream anything from your device).
Mobility friendly Esplanade and Beach - refer to Mobility Map on the internet.
Guests required to bring their own bed linen & towels (Bottom and top sheets & pillow cases).
Pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors, doonas & extra blankets are provided.
School holidays - minimum 7 nights stay - or less than 7 nights if falling on either side of a mid week booking
Long weekends - minimum 3-4 nights stay - dependant on number of public holidays either side of the weekend
Normal weekends - minimum 2 nights booking
A 'No extreme party policy' is in place - police and/or nuisance call outs will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal of the occupants.

My name is Nancy and, along with my partner and 3 children, we welcome you to our property. Me and my family have been holidaying in Inverloch for over 10 years. We loved Inverloch so much that we finally bought this holiday home just a few years ago to fulfill a life-long dream.

Inverloch is magical in many ways. It's ideal for romanitc getaways, for families with young children, for older people with mobility issues and for sports enthusiasts. That's the magic of Inverloch. It is ideal for all kinds of holidays. The Esplanade is lovely to walk along with views of the bay and no steps or hard work to enjoy the scenery. The town and coffee shops are near the water so you can get a coffee and sit by the water. The children's playground is near the water also. Everything is nearby and practical.

Our property is so close to the water that you can enjoy the beach/bay every day without the trouble of driving and parking your car. The town/city is only 5 minutes away and has hotels/pub dining or a variety of restaurants and cafes. If you prefer to cook, the supermarket is open daily and has everything that you need.
For nature and animal lovers, you can see the large sting rays daily at the pier which is only a 5 minute walk from the house.
