This home bedding configuration is suitable for up to 8 guests, 4 Adults and 4 Kids.

The house is equipped with 2 split system reverse cycle Air Conditioners, One in the main living room and the other in the master bedroom for your comfort in the hot and cold months.

This holiday home is just one street back from the beautiful Silver Sands beach and is located in a very small pocket of houses in the Silver Sands area of Aldinga beach.

Access the nearby golden sands and turquoise waters via a short 3 minute stroll through a secluded walkway or load up the car for a day trip and head to the drive on access point just a 2 minute drive away.

Outside there is a covered veranda ideal for entertaining, equipped with hot plate BBQ so you can enjoy outdoor meals or simply relax and listen to the waves roll in with a drink of your choice. There is plenty of space for the kids to play a game of backyard cricket or footy in the large enclosed garden.

The well equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, cutlery, microwave, cook top, oven, coffee machine and a dish washer will definitely leave you wanting for nothing during your stay.
There is also a washing machine and dryer, Iron and ironing board and a hairdryer as part of this house, along with a clothes line in the back garden should you want.

Tea and coffee, salt and pepper and cooking oil is all provided.

Yes, you can bring your fur babies but please only allowed outside in back garden which is a large fully enclosed area.

Full phone signal on all major networks inside house.

Comfortable well maintained accomodation in a great location

The property was very comfortable but would go to the next level with the addition of ceiling fans and fly screens in the bedrooms. We would happily visit again and gladly recommend the property to our family and friends.

Our host, Dave, is a great communicator. His Beach house is in a great location, a three minute walk to beach. We enjoyed our stay with a kitchen that was well equipped and were able to relax in a comfortable lounge/ dining area.There was a good, expansive outdoor area - the BBQ has a great hot-plate with plenty of room for cooking. Our bed was comfy with all linen and towels provided. Nice bathroom - guests do need to provide their own soap/ shampoo. Fly screens on windows would be a welcome addition, but overall, a home away from home.

An older style beach house in a good location. The house was spacious. It was not as clean as we would like and we had to replace light globes, and there was a used towel left in the bathroom, so a bit more attention to these things from the maintenance team would have been good.

Ocean Breeze

The property was in an amazing position situated just minutes walking distance from the beach. The house had a private and well secured back yard and although we didn't take our dogs had plenty of room for them to run and a lovely undercover pergola area out the back with bbq facilities. The house itself was beautiful appointed with everything you could need. The beds were extremely comfortable and we never ran out of hot water. I only wish this was my permanent holiday house. I have no hesitation in recommending this stay to anyone.

Holiday home or homeless to get rest

It was absolutely amazing and wonderful for my sons to feel safe and me. As we became homeless and we asked the owner if we could get out of the winter. Pay upfront before entering.

Our Short Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this well fitted out and maintained property. Great location close to the beach. Thanks to Dave for making this stay an easy one. While the house looks older from the outside it is surprisingly new on the inside.
