Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property features balcony views towards The Village with a cozy gas fireplace where you can enjoy a great movie or your favorite tv show from HDTV/CD/DVD player in the living room and surround sound. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people with a King, 2 Queens and 2 set of bunks beds. Perfect for two families to enjoy some mountain fun. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo has a great location - minutes from the village and an easy ride on the village gondola to canyon lodge. It isn’t the most up to date place, but has a well stocked kitchen and was very comfortable overall. It would be nice if the parking permits were in the condo and the door code sent via email so we didn’t need to make an extra stop on our way in and on the way out just to drop off a couple laminated pieces of paper at the management office. It’s not far, so a very minor inconvenience - just one we didn’t really understand the point of.

Great Location and nice house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this house. The location is great for walking to the village and catching the gondola for Canyon lodge. Parking is usually available right in front which makes it easier for loading. The rooms were nice and overall nice stay for our family get together.

Reviewer Comments: A few eccentricities such as bathroom lights located outside the bathroom and the washing machine and dryer in the closet of the kids room but it was clean and as advertised! The only issue was the lack of air conditioning and no fans provided! We visited in summer and it was so miserable we left a day early.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place generally clean but a bit rundown with old furniture. Lots of little quirks. Stove sometimes didn't light, broken/unstable bar stools, sticky shower doors, super low flow showerheads, dusty spiderweb filled light fixtures. Walking distance to the village and close to amenities. Membership to Snow Creek Sports Club nice perk.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Don’t believe the photos! Everything in the condo is very old. Carpet is filthy, furniture is stained and dirty. There was a bad odor. The wifi is slower than slow even with only one person using it. We couldn’t bear to stay there and found alternate accommodations immediately. I’d give it zero stars if I could. The other reviews must be fake. It is in a good location.

Chic is not a word to describe this unit

unit is run down, carpet is disgustingly dirty. Furniture is stained and dirty. Bathroom shower broken. Broken lampshades, doors, etc. facility jacuzzi jets broken. Kitchen was well supplied.
