This chic, remodeled four-bedroom, three-bath townhome offers stylish comfort and balcony views toward The Village, perfect for your Mammoth getaway. After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in the inviting living area featuring a large sectional sofa and cozy gas fireplace, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a movie night. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with a dining area that comfortably seats eight, plus additional bar seating for two, making it perfect for families and groups to gather and enjoy time together. This spacious home accommodates up to 10 guests, with a bedding configuration of one king bed, two queen beds, and two sets of twin bunk beds. A private washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay. The upper level features the main living space, kitchen, and dining area, along with one queen bedroom and a shared hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs, you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds, while the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed. These two rooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This townhome is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Located in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this home is just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, giving you easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife and skiing while still enjoying a quieter setting. A shuttle stop across the street makes getting around town effortless. Whether you're visiting in winter for skiing and snowboarding or in summer for hiking, mountain biking and outdoor adventures, this property is the perfect base for your stay. On-site amenities include a year-round hot tub and sauna, recreation room and laundry facilities. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool. Your stay includes complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, and cycling studios, along with racquetball and basketball courts. In the summer, guests also have access to the outdoor pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Two parking passes are provided. Great Location and nice house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this house. The location is great for walking to the village and catching the gondola for Canyon lodge. Parking is usually available right in front which makes it easier for loading. The rooms were nice and overall nice stay for our family get together.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo has a great location - minutes from the village and an easy ride on the village gondola to canyon lodge. It isn’t the most up to date place, but has a well stocked kitchen and was very comfortable overall. It would be nice if the parking permits were in the condo and the door code sent via email so we didn’t need to make an extra stop on our way in and on the way out just to drop off a couple laminated pieces of paper at the management office. It’s not far, so a very minor inconvenience - just one we didn’t really understand the point of.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Don’t believe the photos! Everything in the condo is very old. Carpet is filthy, furniture is stained and dirty. There was a bad odor. The wifi is slower than slow even with only one person using it. We couldn’t bear to stay there and found alternate accommodations immediately. I’d give it zero stars if I could. The other reviews must be fake. It is in a good location.

Reviewer Comments: A few eccentricities such as bathroom lights located outside the bathroom and the washing machine and dryer in the closet of the kids room but it was clean and as advertised! The only issue was the lack of air conditioning and no fans provided! We visited in summer and it was so miserable we left a day early.

Okay stay, not the best I've been to.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place generally clean but a bit rundown with old furniture. Lots of little quirks. Stove sometimes didn't light, broken/unstable bar stools, sticky shower doors, super low flow showerheads, dusty spiderweb filled light fixtures. Walking distance to the village and close to amenities. Membership to Snow Creek Sports Club nice perk.

Chic is not a word to describe this unit

unit is run down, carpet is disgustingly dirty. Furniture is stained and dirty. Bathroom shower broken. Broken lampshades, doors, etc. facility jacuzzi jets broken. Kitchen was well supplied.
