Newly renovated town home located on a charming lane in the Truman Annex. The generous open floor plan features 10 foot ceilings both on the first and second levels with hardwood floors and crown molding. Enjoy the theater style kitchen with new quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances with a gas cook top. The large living and dining area feature custom built-ins and ample storage. The beautiful rear tiled patio enjoys plenty of room for outdoor living and entertaining and includes an additional storage space. The second floor has two generous sized bedrooms with private baths. One assigned covered parking space. With access to a refreshing community pool right out side your front door.

Please note: This property will require a minimum of a 28 night stay.

AMAZING LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

Absolutely loved staying at Admirals Ln in the Truman Annex. Perfect location. Within walking distance to everything. Pool right outside the front door. Property was beautiful and comfortable. Great for a family. Would definitely stay again!

The interior was professionally decorated and extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. A great location. The back patio could use some maintenance and updated furniture. Overall, brautiful place. We had a wonderful time.

Great location and very comfortable stay

The property was exactly as advertised, spacious and comfortable, and as many have noted was very clean. Everything worked, the furnishings were well decorated and the beds were very comfortable! Easy walk to Duval, Mallory Square, anywhere you would want to go, great location!

Beautiful Home! Perfect Location!

Spacious home, decorated beautifully! Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Pool is just steps away from the front door. Very nice patio next to living room with floor ceiling windows/doors. Property manager was responsive and very helpful. Would highly recommend for a family vacation!

Just outside of the party zone but close enough to walk everywhere. Pool is just steps from the unit. We were very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was the ice maker in the freezer did not work properly. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In previous trips we have stayed in the shipyard condos in the Truman Annex. This time we brought another couple with us. This property is beautiful and very spacious. There was plenty of room for both couples. The unit was beautifully decorated and had updated appliances. It was nice having the pool right outside our front door. I would definitely recommend this location. The only drawback is the parking space which takes some practice to get the hang off getting in and out of. I hope to be back again soon.

disappointed

Property was in great neighborhood but backed up to post office parking lot which was very noisy in the mornings. We had to park our car down the street because we were informed on Monday that the driveway to the unit and our parking spot was being repaved. Lots of noise and dust which all took place right outside of the pool fence and the unit.

wonderful vacay in KW!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Admiral's Paradise is a beautiful townhouse. It is well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in KW. We ordered groceries from Publix via instacart and they were delivered the same day. There is also a local grocery in walking distance and we went there several times as well. The Admiral's Paradise is in the perfect location to enjoy Old Town and the local beaches and State Park. We didn't miss having a car at all! We took a guided bike tour on our 2nd day and thought we'd rent bikes another day, but never did, we just walked everywhere. There is a pool next door but only for "dipping", it's not big enough for swimming.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've had the good fortune of renting in Truman Annex many times and this unit was one of the most outstanding. Everything seemed professionally decorated and well thought out. The furnishings were comfortable and of the highest quality. All of the rooms showed a great deal of thought in the way that they were decorated and lacked for nothing. All of the fixtures, lighting, and appliances are of the highest quality. The construction inside of the unit featured extensive moulding and quality finishes. The workmanship was impeccable. Even with these qualities the unit was comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. You can't beat the location, which was steps from the pool and close to everything on Duval. This is definitely the place to stay, and a shout out to Stacy at Compass Realty for answering the few questions that we had. The only upgrade would be a Keurig in the kitchen. We will definitely be back soon.

Walking distance to most everything but there is an assigned, covered parking spot if needed. Close to pool. Nice, comfortable outdoor patio space and furniture. We also appreciated the cable TV. Only minor suggestion is the outdoor patio floor should be swept/cleaned better. We will stay here again!

The house was really nice! Exactly like it appears in the pictures. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4. Great location, with a short (less than 5 minutes) walk to Mallory Square and Duval, yet still quiet when you want to get away from the festivities. We took an Uber to/from the airport and just walked everywhere throughout the week. The pool was much smaller than we expected, but it was well-maintained and never crowded. We would absolutely stay here again!
