Located just a 3 minute drive to the Mallacoota town center and local beaches 32 Zachary Drive Farm Stay overlooks the Mallacoota Bottom Lake, Howe Range, Lake Barracoota Sand Dunes and Gabo Island. The property is set amid 30 acres of picturesque bushland and sprawling treelined paddocks which set the scene for the iconic views of Mallacoota’s trademark landscapes.

The property features 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. It is the perfect getaway for large groups, fishing trips, romantic weekends or just a place for your family to unwind and enjoy the unrivalled peace and privacy.

In the pastures surrounding the house are friendly horses, cows and often kangaroos, koalas and lyrebirds pass by early in the mornings as the sun is rising.

Beautiful location, peaceful, quiet, great view. Kids enjoyed the wildlife & feeding cows. Very spacious house. Outdoor bath was great. Communication with owner was excellent. No wifi but mobile connection was fine for hotspot, so i had no trouble working remotely while there.

If you’re looking for peace, comfort, views and a sense of home then this is the perfect stay. Three of us stayed for one week and it was just fabulous. Everything you need is in the home. The home has a lovely energy and you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. To see the cows, kangaroos and even two koalas was magic. So close to town and the beautiful Mallacoota beaches. Would be absolutely fabulous for a big family. Plenty of room for a couple of vehicles and a large boat. We can’t wait to stay again. Definitely a 10/10. Thank you

This pet and family friendly country home is ideal for a getaway if you're wanting to relax and enjoy the views in a relaxed country style setting. The hot bathtub while enjoying the view out front and the large decking was a winner.

Great house and views

Jacks property was ideal for our group of 6. Plenty of beds and ample room in the shared areas. Kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast. The view from the deck is fantastic. Everyone in my group kept commenting how good the place was!I highly recommend, and we will be back next time we visit Mallacoota.

Fantastic

We almost don’t want to share what an amazing place this is! Very, very clean, very well equipped, beautiful views, big and spacious, unpretentious, lots of local wildlife, dog friendly- just awesome! Oh did we mention the views and the courtesy bus to the local pub for dinner. Even on a cold night we recommend taking a bath!

Relaxing holiday in Mallacoota

Our stay was absolutely wonderful here in Mallacoota. The farm is an absolute treasure. Unbeatable views, a super clean and comfortable house with loads of space inside and out. Distance to shops a very short drive, as was anything else you wanted to access - bush walks, surfing, boating, fishing - we did it all. Thank you Roger and Jack for providing such a unique place to enjoy. You will never have a more enjoyable bath outdoors either!

3 generations enjoyed this property. The outdoor bath was a great hit, though be warned if fill both they empty the hot water! Lovely views from the deck. Lovely garden. Comfortable and well equipped house.

Breathtaking views

We had an amazing stay at this property, the views are absolutely breathtaking, what a way to wake up each day, the photos don't even do it justice. It is so quiet and relaxing with just the beautiful sounds of nature. So much wildlife to see including the cows, horses and kangaroos plus an abundance of birds. The property is lovely with all the amenities you need and lots of space. Fantastic hosts, highly recommend a stay at this property.

MALLACOOTA

We absolutely loved everything about this place, and the people who own it, nothing was too much trouble, we brought our horses with us and there was excellent paddock and yard accomm for them, safe and sheltered, plenty of great riding to the ocean and through the bush, the human accom was perfect, spotless and homely, it was a cold day when we arrived, and our host had already lit the fire for us, everything we needed was supplied. The pictures truly represent the property well and the hospitality was genuine and friendly

Family holiday

We had a fantastic visiting Jacks place. Mallacoota is such a magnificent part of Vic and always enjoy our time there. House was neat and tidy and lovey being amongst the farm animals.

Million dollar view

We had a wonderful week at this lovely homely house with little quirks. The view is quite frankly outstanding and the thus the vibe is relaxing and cosy charm. Everything was spotless on our arrival, it had everything you need to make it a home from home. Jack and his Dad were a pleasure to deal with and super helpful. Our 4 year old daughter adored everything about the house and surrounding nature and views. We will definitely be coming back .

Wonderful holiday

Our stay in this gorgeous house in Mallacoota was just wonderful. The house is on top of a hill and has stunning views down to the lake. You have acres of land to explore and it is only a short drive into town and to the beautiful beaches. Jack and his dad are super helpful and the house was immaculate when we got there - there were even some Christmas decorations to make us feel festive. You’ll enjoy waking up and having coffee on the deck, watching the horses and cows and the changing weather down on the water. There are 2 BBQ areas - one on the deck and the other down in the lush garden. Perfect if you have a big group or the kids want to do their own thing. Highly recommended. 🥳
