Town Scape sits on top of the town with main street views, this apartment is a great base to immerse yourself in a Margaret River getaway!
The Space
Brand New high end apartment just meters away from the main street. This comfortable apartment has everything you need including 3 reverse cycle air conditioners, ceiling fans, Smart TVs in both bedrooms and a large Smart TV in the living room.
The perfect location right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but the windows are double-glazed so the apartment itself is nice and quiet Enjoy a local wine on the deck or watch your favourite movie after a big day exploring the region!

No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.
Linen: linen is included in your stay. Please let us know which beds you would like made up with linen 3 days prior to your stay so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your arrival.

Hi - we are Dee, Nichole & Sarah - we make up Swell Stays, a holiday home company in the Margaret River Region.
We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in Margaret River, Prevelly and Gracetown. We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are "Living the dream Down South".
We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids!
We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests.
