2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Casa in the HEART of Downtown Centro Historic. Location, Location, Location! Walking Distance to Everything Downtown has to offer, Beaches, Nightlife, Famous Restaurants, Shopping, Plaza Machado, Cathedrals, Art Walk, and Much Much More. Located on the second floor (no elevator).
This area is well-known for its adventure tourism, sandy beaches, and vibrant city nightlife, making it ideal for an exciting getaway.
Indoor and outdoor space is a key element of Casa's serene environment. Fresh ocean breeze and natural sunlight flows easily throughout the interior spaces. The interior décor is bright and cheerful. Escape to the Roof Top where you can BBQ on the Charcoal Grill, Entertain Large Groups, and Enjoy the Fantastic Views of the City. The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of functional work space, and great for entertaining guests.
Spend your afternoon relaxing in the balmy tropical weather from many of the homes terraces or the relaxing sanctuary of the center courtyard with lush tropical plants.
3 minutes away, walking, you’ll find Mazatlán's most vibrant beach.. A popular spot among tourists and locals, this sandy stretch is known for its crystal clear waters and vibrant atmosphere. A little further inland and you’ll be in downtown Centro Historic, where you’ll find a range of dining, shopping and nightlife options.

Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
Please check with Mazatlan4Rent Guest Relations for approval.
