Construction at night

The property is‘tired‘ and could stand an refresh. Missing light bulbs and 1 towel per person. That‘s it!!! Parking is a problem and the host is super unhelpful. During our stay there was nightly construction, including jackhammering, which the host was notified of weeks prior to our arrival ( I have a copy of the notice) but he did not let us know or gave a chance to stay elsewhere. When sending him email about this he promised a price rebate! Nothing h received, nor did I get sandte deposit back. This is not a super host. Please help me get my money.
