This superbly located 2-bedroom town house is situated only a stones throw away from the beach.

The only thing between you and the beach is the front lawn. To your right, along the pedestrian path is the iconic Lennox Headland. Head left and you are just a short stroll away from down town Lennox village where you will find many cafes and restaurants with something to suite all the family.

Karingal 1 Is the perfect location for a seaside holiday. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Excellent Townhouse

The unit surpassed our expectations. In fact the photos do not fully reflect how great the Townhouse is. The quality of the Karingal 1 was exceptional,spotless and contained everything that we required. We were celebrating my wife's 80th birthday and had family from Lismore for lunch on the Saturday. We found that there were adequate crockery and cutlery to meet the needs of 8 people. Being right o the beach enabled the young family members to ride the swings and walk on the beach. This was overall a fantastic experience and we will be returning for a longer stay next time.

Great accommodation and location

The property was bigger than I expected which was great. Having a garage for the car saved us parking on the street. The location was excellent with a little green verge just outside and some swings for our 3-yr-old. The beach and walking path to the headland were very easily accessible. We made use of ease of walking by going into town and walking along the beach. There are plenty of supplies (crockery, glassware, etc). The property has all the home comforts you would expect. Beds and lounges were all comfortable. It was very special watching the sunrise each day from the balconies. The only complaint I would have about the property was the cleanliness of the glass tables within the house. They were all very dusty and dirty, as were some of the lamp bases. We planned to have a bbq on our last night. However, the gas bottle was almost empty and the other bottle was empty. So we opted to cook inside. It was also past closing time to report this to the agent. However, it was a very small glitch in what was a wonderful getaway for us.

A Firm Favourite!

There's only so many summers in life, and so many of ours have been spent in Lennox Head, first as locals and later as summertime homecomers: Karingal 1 has certainly been one of our most magical holiday destinations in the village due to its superb location. The children can check out the surf without leaving the house. Sunset drinks on the enormous upstairs balcony became a beloved ritual, with the space large enough to entertain friends and familyimportant during the festive season. The furniture is a bit dated, but very comfortable, and even the retro feel of the bathrooms made the place feel like home: everything works, and even if the place doesn't look like a magazine spread, you feel like you're living the dream when you settle in. The very best thing: walking distance to the best snorkelling spots. And everywhere else: we barely used our car in 3 weeks. A firm favourite.

Perfect All Round

This apartment was within easy walking distance from the main shopping centre - directly opposite the beach and right on the walking track to a lookout point. if the tide was in you couldn't get straight along the beach to get to the 7 mile beach but it was just a matter of walking up to the main street and going along a little bit and then going back down. You woke up to the sun shining directly into the top floor double bedroom and could watch the surfers doing their thing. It was very well equipped - everything you need in a house basically. the furnishings were very comfortable and could easily accommodate 6 people without feeling cramped. The staff at L.J.Hooker were extremely helpful with booking etc. Thoroughly recommend. Definitely visit again.

Clean and Fresh

Karingal 1 is clean and fresh, thank you for the linen and towels provided. Plenty of kitchen crockery, a very well equipt home.Good service from LJ Hooker as well. We would rebook this property again.
