Host was readily accessible and allowed us to extend our stay. This was a great location with easy access to downtown and great local restaurants. We came for the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque and the Santa Fe Mountain area with that wonderful color. We had a wonderful time. I walked in the area and felt safe at all times. The property had all the amenities we needed. Host even has pizza left in the freezer for guest when they arrive. Nice.

Bungalow met our needs, was clean and orderly. Need to clarify the advertising that washer/dryer is not in unit and they charge in quaurters for wash & drying.

Hideaway Surprise

Really enjoyed the non smoking policy for complex that included the property grounds. Very convenient by car but walking not so much. Old apartment building that has units fixed up nicely for rental and also permanent residents. Quiet, peaceful and people were friendly. The unit I stayed in was clean and fixed up nicely. The kitchen is small but very efficient and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and closet space was great. The TV’s in living room and bedroom were easy to use and offered multiple programming. Bathroom was well equipped with extra towels and toiletries. Compare to a more upscale motel, the price was reasonable, much more room and had a homey comfortable environment. Enjoyed my visit and would return again to this unit.

Lovely getaway!

Wonderful little condo in a quaint community. The property was well maintained, well stocked with kitchen ware and easily accessed. We had one issue while there with the shower, but the owner jumped on it and had it repaired in no time. Would happily stay again!

The property was very much as described. It was comfortable and very clean and was furnished with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Our purpose for visiting Santa Fe was to attend the International Folk Art Market. The location of the property was perfect as it was in easy walking distance of the Market.

The condo was in excellent condition. It was nice and clean. There are little decorating touches that add to the ambiance. Kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has soaps, shampoo, a blow dryer and nice towels. The owners have notes on how to use the patio lights, a key for the laundry room and easy directions for using the WiFi. The TV's are big and nice. Bedroom is very comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets and hangers. There's a fan in the closet as well as an iron if needed.We liked the color scheme and the condo is bright and open.The information we received beforehand was helpful and accurate.

Comfortable Santa Fe Living

This condo is clean, private and quiet and welcomes you home after a busy day. It is easy walking distance to 3 great breakfast/bakeries and we highly recommend The New Baking Company. It is also close to Paper Dosa, a wonderful Indian restaurant. Trader Joe's is also nearby. We also walked to the Railyard District. Off street parking is a plus.We have stayed here twice for 2 weeks each time and would be happy to go back. Thank you for a wonderful time in Santa Fe! Joanne & Bruce

Overclean

As soon as we opened the door to this condo we were hit with an overwhelming smell of disinfectant. I understand that people want to signal a property is clean but this was beyond anything reasonable. We had to open up all the doors and windows to air the place out in order to stay there. The bedroom (much less airflow) still smelled strongly of disinfectant hours later. I slept extremely badly as a result and woke with a bad headache. On top of this all the towels and sheets were equally heavily doused with very strong smelling fabric softener. If you have anyone in your party with any degree of sensitivity to chemicals and perfumes I would be sure to contact the property manager BEFORE your stay and make sure they can modify their approach to "cleaning".

Would stay again!

The property was so clean and enjoyed our stay there. They thought of everything! There were snacks in the freezer, coffee pot for reg and Keurig (there were pods and creamer). We brought our small dog and the grassy area was closest to the unit!! Great for us. We would stay with this owner again!!!!!!
