A private, well-designed, spacious modern new home located very close to Hobart CBD.
5 mins driving to Hobart, 10 mins driving to Mona, very central with many attractions nearby including Royal botanical gardens and the walking/bike track.

I am more than happy to share my lovely property with travellers from all over the world.

Please be aware that the furniture in these photos are for display purposes only, however it is a high professional standard.
1-3 guests 1 large bedroom available

4-6 guests 2 large bedrooms

7 plus guests 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom available as it is the ensuite to 3rd bedroom

The house is where I live between bookings and therefore has our personal belongings in cupboards and around the home.
Please respect and do not touch our personal items and areas at the house which are not for sharing with guests including garage, baby room and downstairs rumpus area.
We do not allow guests use of the rumpus downstairs and also specify for guests not to use the couch/stereo/tv etc down there due to my personal reasons, however the rumpus room is of course ok to walk through to access the 2 large bedrooms downstairs.
I do not mind if guests need to store luggage there so long as it is on the floor not couch.
There is room for 6 guests in the 2 large bedrooms downstairs.
Further description is listed on bedroom 3 in regards to needed its access potentially. Please ask if you are not sure or need to request use of 3rd bedroom and ensuite (2nd bathroom) as this will otherwise remain a closed off area to guests.
I can supply mattress on floor for 7th and 8th person if required, in the rumpus room if needed.
I do ask that guests park on the street so as not to upset the neighbours. I’m conscious of my neighbour not getting blocked in the driveway, excess noise or parking in her spots and therefore I would like guests to stick to the Rd.
Please be mindful when walking down the driveway especially in night or early hours of the morning not to wake my neighbour :-) thank you

There is a strict no party policy and no excessive drinking allowed. Guess will be fully liable for any damage or additional cleaning charges

Please note, we are open to potential 1 night bookings, however due to feasibility and inconvenience, cleaning charges etc we will charge an extra $75-$125. Thank you
