Main floor gives direct outdoor access to your own patio and the property’s extended lawn area. This corner unit condo is also positioned closest to the ski-out that leads from the ski hill. You are minutes to restaurants at the resort village, and a ten minute drive to historic downtown Fernie.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, large smart TV, and during winter season a gas fireplace. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second includes a queen and a double bed, bringing the maximum occupancy to 6 people.
