Excellent two bedroom two bath unit conveniently located

Reservation and check in were easy and straightforward, a combination lock made entry easy and the local host communicated necessary information clearly, and was available for questions. The interior space was nice and the garage was very helpful when it snowed. The neighborhood is fun and walkable with lots of food options, museums, and other activities nearby. Overall, a pleasant stay in a nice apartment.

We had an amazing stay at Midtown Retreat. House was centrally located to all we wanted to do and perfect for the 4 of us.Very well stocked with all you could ask for. Denise was easy to contact with some good food recommendations. Short drive to downtown river walk and the Row. Carson City, Virginia City and Lake Tahoe all a quick hop away and beautiful to explore. We had a great time and would recommend to all to visit and see.

Far Western Volleyball Tournament

This was a great location for us to stay for the volleyball tournament held at the convention center. There is a designated parking spot if you are renting a vehicle. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and one bedroom and bathroom on the upper level. The space is great and everything is updated nicely. We felt very safe staying here.

Nice and convenient

Second time staying here, love everything but the upstairs bed, the frame is still broken . If the bed was comfortable the place would be perfect . But can’t complain 😎

Cold Stay

The property is well kept with one glaring exception: the major heating system was not working. The manager told us about this as we checked in but offered a full refund if we chose not to stay. We obviously had no choice but to stay at that 4 pm notice on a Friday Eve. They did provide two inefficient portable heaters.

Lovely place, great location

We completely enjoyed our time in this rental. It’s very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Beds are terrific and it’s pretty quiet. Loved walking to restaurants and shops along Virginia. Our only complaint is with the management company. We booked through VRBO and never heard a peep from Evolve. Didn’t get a checkin email or anything. Luckily the local contact reached out to us independently with the door code. Otherwise we would have been SOL.

Great place and location. Beware the management

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable place in an excellent location. The Denver-based company that manages the property, however, was completely AWOL. I received no check in information and no response to the message I sent them asking for it. Luckily their local “emergency” contact just happened to text me about a broken keypad. Otherwise I would have been out in the street. So that was a fail and I would recommend extreme caution in renting properties managed by Evolve.

Center of the action

Love that the location is centrally located. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Quick access to the freeway to get you wherever you need to go around town. The house decor is chic and modern and really bright with a warm vibe. The front yard patio area is such a cool spot to chill and enjoy the nights sky. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fun and light filled space walking distance to Midtown

This was a lovely newer construction that had a fully functional kitchen that allowed us to make meals of all kinds. Really impressed by the high end appliances the condo came supplied with. There was no stone left unturned with the preparation of the unit. A small glitch with the TV was rectified by owner much to our satisfaction. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice house but in an awkward area

House was really updated & nice. It seemed like it didn’t belong in the area, a lot of older home neighborhood. I wouldn’t rent again because of that, Sorry. I didn’t feel safe for myself & kids.

Perfect space for home base

We were in town for my son’s baseball tournament. This property was located in the perfect location to rest and recharge between games. The property was clean, crisp and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the neat, tidy, well maintained space.

Perfect Location and great for family

Great spot in Mid-town and perfect for our family. Kids had their own room which is always better than trying to cram into a hotel room. Had some trouble with the heat downstairs but there was a space heater which worked nicely. All in all, easy place, clean and very modern. I did make sure to tell my kids not to touch the white walls - it was so pristine!

Brand new and Comfy condo

We visited town for a weekend my and stayed in this brand new condo. It was immaculate! One of the most comfy places to stay in. I believe we were the first guest, it was clean and the garage came in so handy. We woke up to a white snowy morning which was so nice to see over a cup of coffee. It is fully equipped washer, dryer and the list is endless. We had great coffee too! Christopher was attentive and very efficient at getting back to me when I had question.
