Your dream vacation awaits you at this newly constructed executive vacation home sitting on Barachois Beach. This stunning modern farm house was constructed with precise detail from floor to ceiling with luxurious materials. The open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sandy dunes of the quiet beach. Each bedroom has an incredible ocean view through the large windows. The Barachois Beach House sleeps 10-14 guests in 3900 sq ft over 2 levels (plus basement), has A/C throughout, and an indoor basketball court & workout equipment in the garage. There are 5 bedrooms, plus 2 other rooms that feature queen sleeper sofas.


When you walk in the front door, you will be taken back by the amazing view, the oak engineered flooring, and the tall ceilings. The main level features the gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped, the dining area, and the great room which has 24 ft ceilings, a propane fireplace, and a unique circle couch. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living by opening the sliding glass doors that lead you to the large deck with comfortable furniture, and the barbeque. Also on the main level is a second sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa, a powder room, and the first bedroom which has its own full bathroom.

Upstairs is where you will find the gorgeous open concept master suite that features a king size bed, soaker tub, a large walk in shower, and of course the most breath taking view. Other features that makes this bedroom special is the heated bathroom floor, and the walk in closet. Down the hall from the master there are two additional guest bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the office space which will make working while on vacation enjoyable. Imagine doing your work in the large office space which has the desk overlooking the picturesque view through a unique window. The office also features a queen sleeper sofa and its own full bathroom. Conveniently, the laundry room is found on the second level and features 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Finally, in the basement you will find the fifth bedroom, a powder room, and the large family room that has a large sectional, a projector theatre system to watch Netflix, and a ping pong table for some competitive fun!

This home is completely child friendly as it features baby gates at the top and bottom of both staircases, a crib that can be set up upon request, and a childproof lock system on the lower kitchen cabinets.
