We were incredibly impressed with this accommodation from the moment we arrived. The home was spotless and beautifully presented, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that the comfort of guests is a priority—there were extra linens, plenty of cosy blankets, and even toys provided for the kids, which made our stay feel especially thoughtful and family-friendly.The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with all the necessities we could possibly need, plus some generous added extras. We really appreciated the wide selection of tea and coffee, the reusable shopping bags, and even kindling ready for the fire—such small touches that made a big difference to our stay.A huge thank you to our host, Pat, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His friendly and helpful demeanour, along with his prompt responses to any questions, made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.We couldn’t be happier with our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully presented home away from home.

We had such a great time at the cottage.Very peaceful and took in the frosty morning sunshine over the olive trees that line the backyard, a vineyard behind that. Loved seeing the bird life near the lake and flying over. Even a family of rabbits make an appearance. Our dog enjoyed all the new smells around the farm. The restored cottage is gorgeous. Loved the comfort of the bed and couches. Beautifully furnished and very homely. Property is in a good location and close to the main shops and just a very short drive to Lake Connewarre or Queenscliff. Pat is a wonderful host and was flexible with check in/out times too. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Pat.

Amazing accommodation with everything we needed. The location feels like you are in the country, but you are still so close to everything.We had beautiful sunsets and there are lovely views from every window Highly recommend & will definitely be returning soon.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is private with beautiful views. It’s so peaceful and we left feeling so relaxed! Its fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals plus its location was close to shops etc making it such an easy stay. There were 3 couples staying total, it’s worth nothing the third bedroom is a second living room with a sofa bed but can be completely closed off / private.

Had a lovely time at the Farm Cottage. It's not only a pretty home, it's also been really thoughtfully kitted-out. It's always nice when a place has clearly been set up with liveability in mind. The kitchen was really well equipped. Any supplies we needed were available. Plenty of nice places to visit nearby. You won't find many better 2-bedroom stays around.

We were suitably impressed with the detail that went into the refurbishment of the house itself and were happy to let our little ones play in the back yard. Comfortable place to stay with central heating and cooling. Pat answered any questions we had in reasonable time and manner. We would stay again.

Farm Cottage is the most perfect dog-friendly haven, and Pat has thought of everything to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. Talking of comfort, the beds are incredible - haven’t slept that well in a long time - and the bath was great. There are shops only a short drive away, so many beaches nearby and my dog loved the wide open fields right outside to explore. It’s very quiet and the stars at night are incredible. Highly recommend, I would happily return to stay again.

A lovely cottage

All the vibes of a country getaway with the convenience of being near Geelong and the Peninsula. We had such a great time staying at Pat's cottage. Fully stocked so we could have a little breakfast one day and a fire at night the next. Thanks for building such a nice place to escape.

Delightful getaway with excellent host

This was such a beautiful farm cottage, close to town and the beach, exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable and extremely well equipped. We had the most wonderful time enjoying the outdoor space, breathing the fresh air and listening to the birds. The host was an excellent communicator which made everything super smooth. Would absolutely recommend this property for a quiet getaway.

Always a great stay

We have visited multiple times and have enjoyed ourselves every time... Pat is very welcoming and flexible with check in / check out times where possible... Great location, near wineries and shops, but far enough to feel like you are staying in the country.

A lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful cottage. We brought our large Dalmatian and he had an absolute ball. The cottage is beautifully renovated and furnished and it has such a lovely feel to it. We all enjoyed sitting out on the grass watching the wildlife running around while the sun was setting. I am very picky when it comes to accommodation, especially ones that are dog friendly, and we would absolutely not hesitate to book and stay here again. Thankyou Pat for your hospitality. The property was beautifully presented, clean and had all the necessary requirements for our stay. We found this to be a great base for us to explore a lot of the attractions. It is located in a lovely quiet area and a short drive to the local shopping centre.
