Grandview Shores unit 111 is beautiful single story 3-bedroom condo in the Grandview Shores complex on pristine Mara Lake, BC! Walk out your patio into the communal courtyard with easy access to the heater pool. Located directly on Mara Lake, through which you can access the Shuswap system of lakes.
The condo features a main floor master suite, with a new king sized bed in 2021. The attached en-suite features a stand up shower.

The second bedroom features a bunk room - one with Twin XL over Twin XL for taller kids and teens, and a second with a Twin XL over queen bed that accommodate adults if necessary. This room features an ensuite bathroom with 3 sinks and a tub/shower combo. There is a third guest bedroom with a queen size pillowtop bed. This room features a full bath just outside the door. With 3 full bathrooms there is no waiting in line to shower in the morning!
The living room, with leather sofa and casual chairs, features a water and pool view. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for entertaining! It includes stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, and microwave), maple cabinets, and an island with barstools. All dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, 4-slice toaster, Ninja blender, Keurig and full pot coffee maker, even a slow cooker!
Dining room table features 6 dining chairs, in addition to 4 bar stools at the island for total seating for 10 people.
Brand new 70" SmartTV, DVD, Stereo and Cable Extra, wifi included.
Large stacking washer/dryer for guest use with laundry soap provided.
Enjoy grilling after a long day on the lake on the private deck with patio furniture and Weber BBQ. There is also a community courtyard for guest and owner use.

Tired of the lake? Swim in the complex's heated pool, or relax in the hot tub on a cooler day. The unit sits directly on a sandy beach, and includes a boat slip in a beautiful new marina for you boat!

There is so much to see and do in Sicamous off the water, as well! Take the kids for a round of mini-golf, go go-carting, pet the calves and enjoy fresh ice cream at the D Dutchmen Dairy or bring home a load of fresh BC Fruit at Fruitland! We are 20-25mins from Salmon Arm, which features an outdoor water park. In the other direction, check out the Enchanted Forest 45mins away in Revelstoke.

*High season (July/August) - $3,500/ week (Saturday to Saturday)
*Shoulder season (May/June and Labour day to Thanksgiving) - $2,150/week - save and enjoy Sicamous when it is less crowded and busy!! The perfect seasons for golf before the summer heat.
Please note, pool is open mid-May to mid-September, hot tub is open from beginning of May to Thanksgiving weekend.

Maximum occupancy of 9 renters, including children, and maximum of 2 vehicles - there is one outdoor parking spot and one underground. NO boat trailer parking, but there is parking available at several storage facilities in town.
