Hyams Beach is a seaside village in Jervis Bay NSW 180 km south of Sydney.
A BRAND new luxury apartment designed by Marco Meneguzzi boasting luxurious furnishings and amenities such as Nespresso machine, Aircon & smart TV.
A 2-minute walk to arguably the whitest sand beach in the world with Hyams beach cafe a few doors up offers great local food.
Children under 12 not permitted
There are 2 residences on the property
Parking available on the property
Listen to the waves crash as you sleep
The Space
The apartment boasts 2 bedrooms with king beds and high quality linens including Frette bath towels and Turkish Herringbone beach towels. Furniture includes linen Lounge, chair and ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs and washer/dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with standard size fridge, microwave / griller oven and dishwasher. Dining table set and smart TV. There is an air conditioner in the lounge area and fans in the bedrooms. The apartment features Seed organic sanitisation products and luxury bathroom amenities as well as a hairdryer
There is an external table and chair of you’d like to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or have an afternoon drink
Guest Access
Access via the pedestrian gate at the front of the property. There is a lock box where you can access the keys. The keys are to be returned to the lock box upon departure.

Hyams beach cafe offers great breakfast and lunch options using amazing local produce. It has great coffee too.
Discover the produce of the region on your own day trip using the guide in the apartment or enjoy one of Australia’s greatest beaches.
Huskisson offers boutique speciality stores and a fish and chip shop that has been voted the best in nsw multiple times. The husky pub is a great place for a drink and a great pub meal. The area also has some other great restaurants a 10-12 min drive from Hyams.
A 5 minute drive away is a shopping complex with supermarkets . Liquor store, pharmacy etc.
Getting Around
Parking available on the street at the front of the property. Traveling around by car is best.
Other things to note
No beach access from the actual property. It’s a 2 minute walk via the street and public entrance to the beach. A $1000 security deposit applies per rental. There is very limited phone reception in Hyams Beach
