Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, and the tiny home met our needs well. We don’t need a large cabin, but liked not being in a hotel for the privacy and quiet. The WiFi signal was almost nonexistent though, to the point of being unusable. The cleanliness could have been better as well. We saw many cobwebs and the floor was not clean.

Amazing tiny house!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this tiny home...it was beautiful and clean and perfect for what we needed...we but definitely stay in this resort again!!

We stay here a few times a year and it’s always great! The area is awesome and quiet with great views.

Tiny houses made you feel right at home. Only thing I would recommend is having more kitchen items like bowls, pots, etc. other than that you had what you needed.

While it appears other guests have been a bit rough on the property (damage to step trims), everything else was wonderful, as always. We look forward to staying there again soon!

I would have given it a 5 for the questions below but for the reasons listed here - no wifi, ceiling fans were very dusty and no place to hang a hand towel in the bathroom. Other than these things, it was a great stay.

Clean and Cozy

This tiny house was so stinking cute! It had everything we needed and was super clean. It is in a good safe area with beautiful views of the mountains on either side. Would be especially nice in the fall. We thought of inviting our kids since it sleeps 6 but glad we didn’t since we stayed inside most of our vacation. The living room seats two comfortably so the home would be good with a family if you’re spending the majority of your time outside sightseeing or sitting around the campfire. The only surprise for us was that it was in a camper park with campers super close. It really didn’t bother us though, just not what I expected bc of the pictures. Overall a nice tiny home and I would stay again.

Check in/out was easy

Overall the place was good but there are only towels and washcloths for the bathroom. There was half a roll of toilet paper and paper towels, but that was it. Not even a bar of soap. The dishwasher was broken and instead there was a portable dishwasher taking up all the counter space. The largest plates didn't even fit in there either just fyi. The air/heaters were VERY loud. The bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable and made our necks kill. I never really write poor reviews, but we were a little miffed.

Too bad the cons outweighed the stay

I want to start on a positive note to not make the entire review negative. The southern comfort is such a cute tiny home! It has a great location and proximity to attractions is great. My family of 6 are considering living tiny and booked for a week thinking it was a great way to test out the environment for us. The way the house is set up easily sleeps 6. The bathroom was a very nice size. The kitchen had full size stove and refrigerator. All very wonderful things. Unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by the fact we could never get comfortable and relax the whole stay. Upon check in it was obvious housekeeping was not being done well. Cobwebs in all the corners, large dried sticky puddle under the sink, food on silverware in drawer and mold inside the dishwasher. Small things, tried to overlook them. Then we started seeing roaches. It began with a few small ones and by waking on the 2nd day it was obvious there was a full infestation. We reported this to the office. Was told to take a picture and email it, someone would reach out Monday (this was Thursday). No offer to even come spray. We were not able to cook or store food, we found a roach in the coffee pot and microwave. One crawled across my chest while sitting on the couch. I received an email on checkout Monday morning apologizing and I was given a 67 discount. None of which was close to sufficient or considerate. I would not advise anyone stay here. They will also tell you to go to the dollar store for TP FYI

Absolutely beautiful! We loved every minute of this cabin. From the mountain views sitting on the front porch (my personal favorite) to the comfy beds. My little loved the loft upstairs to be able to play without parents. All the amenities were nice, being able to have clean clothes to take home was super handy. They provided ALL our toiletries beside shampoo & conditioner. By far our favorite place to stay in the valley, can’t forget the pool just down the road we spent plenty of hours in, just an all around great experience. 10/10 would recommend and we will be staying again.

Nice and Quiet Tiny Home!

Lacking Attention

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we messaged through the app stating that the couch had a big stain on it (so we are not responsible), the shower liner and curtain had mold and/or orange staining, the upstairs loft had a baby bottle between the bedding, the outdoor furniture cushions were dirty which was an undesirable place to sit. Mind you this cabin was 400 square feet so not alot to clean, but what needed to be cleaned was lacking alot of attention. It truly made our stay dirty. Now the location of tiny cabin is a great place and would be a better stay if the number one priority is cleanliness.
