This newly renovated hilltop villa with free 100mb Wifi is located down a few steps from street level. When you enter the villa, you are welcomed with the most beautiful blue Caribbean waters and US and British Virgin Islands views. The villa includes a queen size bed with drapes to close off the bedroom from the living area. There is also a nicely renovated bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The comfortable living area opens to the dining area with seating for four. The renovated kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances offers everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. The amazing views can be enjoyed from every part of the villa. The large, covered balcony consists of a comfortable patio sofa, a small bar table for two, and a chair with a side table allowing the perfect spot to relax the day away. The Hilltop Pool is just around the corner from this villa.

Nestled just 8 miles away from the airport, Point Pleasant Resort offers convenient transportation options including taxis or car rentals for your ease of travel. While a car is recommended for ease in exploration of the island, taxis stationed adjacent to the resort lobby provide readily available alternatives. Additionally, shuttle services operate from the resort lobby, ensuring seamless access to the 15-acre property from 8 am to 12 am daily.

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, and remote business travelers, our resort boasts proximity to key attractions such as Coki Beach (2 min away), Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium (3 min away), the ferry to St. John (5 min away, passport not required), and the world-famous Megan's Bay (10 min away).

Please note the following: our staff are available to address any issues, our resort features stairways, and pathways throughout the property (access to most units requires the use of stairs), and occasional island-wide power outages may occur, during which our on-site restaurants and lobby remain operational thanks to independent generators.

To safeguard your trip, consider purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance. Additionally, kindly respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and adhere to US Virgin Islands restrictions prohibiting smoking in public areas and inside our condominium units.
