Family Vacation

Great house in the perfect location for Disney! The house is gorgeous and just as described. The pool and game room kept my family occupied during our downtime. Would definitely rent this house or from Jeeves again!

Amazing place/location for a Disney vacation getaway

My wife and I self manage short term rentals so we understand the difficulty of keeping up a property. This property by far passed all expectations. Even though it was just the 2 of us we enjoyed every bit of the home. It’s has everything you need to enjoy your time in this home. All mattresses, bedding, pillows and towels were top of the line. The back patio is huge for entertainment with great size pool and hot tub. If you see this available when booking it’s a must. Thank you for letting us stay at this great property. We will book again when we come back!

It just wasn't worth it.

So here you are, looking at reviews very much like I was when picking out a property for a quick family getaway. I'll give you the long and the short of it all. This is the perfect home for someone who would like to spend over two days on the phone with a rental company (Jeeves) that doesn't bother keeping their word or calling you back for hours. If you're someone who believes in doing it and fixing it yourself in a vacation home rental, this is the house for you. Do you enjoy lights not working, coming to a home where the trash has not been taken care of in weeks, appliances don't work, and lights are out, do yourself a favor and read no more, just book it! Is this property, and dealing with the rental company Jeeves worth it, absolutely not. Save yourself some time and headache and just book directly through Encore. If you are like us, your patience and personal time will thank you. The lengthy (but concise) story of it all: We rented this property for one week in sunny Orlando. I should have known something was up when I read a very specific review about not having hot water, but I said, "Hey, maybe it was a one-off" and booked anyway. Boy oh boy was that a mistake. From the time I pulled up to the property, I was met to overrunning trash on the side of the house filled with flies, signifying that not only had that trash been there for a while, but no one had bothered to pick it up despite being told they pick up trash daily. For me, that was the first strike. As I continued around the house checking as I do with any rental property, I noticed that there was no hot water in the kitchen, a bit odd I said to myself, but I put it on the list. Upon going upstairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms I quickly noticed, no hot water... hmmm this seems to be a pattern. Knowing our party would include a child, I was surprised to find 90% of the overhead lights in the home not working. Sure there were chandeliers, there were lamps, but all the lights above the stairs, in the hallway, even three lights outside on the lanai... simply did not work. So I do, what I normally do when there is a problem at a rental, call the company. Seeing as I arrived after hours, I reported the most immediate concern (the trash and the water) and waited for morning to call again. I stayed a week, with many issues and calls to Jeeves, so I will make this next part of the story as concise as possible. It took two days to get someone to the house to fix the lights and the water

Need a better process

While the property was nice, we've stayed at Encore before so we already new what to expect. But, we always rented through Encore. Going through Jeeves has been incredibly complicated and the checkin out processes needed to be cleared up. Not a relaxing vacation

Not worth the money

The WiFi went out for 2/4 days we were there. I paid extra to heat the pool, it wasn’t heated until the day before we left, and the water throughout the entire property (bathrooms, kitchen, etc). was freezing 3/4 days we were there. When we called for each issue, we were told someone would come out... no one came to resolve the issue the next day for each complaint. Both the company’s concierge and maintenance man came, did nothing and made it seem as though I made the issues up... UNTIL I physically showed them after their failed attempts to explain the issues away vs. taking accountability and sending someone to work on it. When I asked to be compensated for such a horrible experience I was told a ticket would be submitted to the appropriate department. I filed the complaint while in the property on May 30th. I heard nothing, not even an email thanking me for my stay or for feedback. When I followed up the following Monday, June 7th... again I was told that an email would be sent out to the appropriate department... I asked that the gentleman cc me in an email as well and have yet to hear back 7days later. I’ve spoken with almost the entire staff, Stephanie, Anda, Ryan, and Justin. Long story short, this was a horrible experience. And as a Florida realtor who works with out of state clients, who often utilize vacation homes during the transition... I will never rent or recommend Jeeves to a client.

Cute and close to Disney!

This home is adorable! It’s decorated so tastefully and the design allowed my family to spread out and everyone have their own space. The resort aqua park was also a hit! The location provides accessibility to the Disney properties in just a short drive! We would stay again!
