Relax in a recently renovated Hamptons-style home away from home. Pet friendly.

Our goal is to provide a relaxing home away from home experience. The house is provided with all amenities and conveniences so you can really make the most of your break.

After several years off the market "SpartyLea" is now available for holiday lease. Having recently completed a full renovation, this home is now available.

Beautifully renovated in a Hamptons style, this home caters for up to 9 people (see bed configuration).

We are ~500 metres ( 8 min walk) to the family beach and also close to the nearest surf beach.

SpartyLea has a large country kitchen provided with a range of appliances, a SMEG aga-style oven, fridge, dishwasher, and a coffee machine.

Your stay will come with complimentary coffee, a selection of teas and of course, a drop of wine.

Enjoy the wood heater or a romantic evening spa.

House features:
• Large country style kitchen
• 2 modern bathrooms, both with showers and one with a spa hot tub
• 3 bedrooms, 2 x QB and 1BR with bunk (DB & SB), plus a sunroom that converts to a bedroom with a new sofa bed
• 2 living zones – dining and family
• Cast iron wood heater
• Webber premium family BBQ
• Large backyard, with herb and a vege garden.
• WIFI provided
• Smart TVs
• Games – indoor and outdoor
• Garage with ping pong table & table football
• BIR in each bedroom and fridge in garage

We ask you to bring your own linen and towels please. Doonas and pillows are supplied. All have covers that are cleaned before your stay.

Pets are welcome, if discussed and agreed prior.

Cape Paterson is a small coastal community nestled in a Marine Park. We have local kangaroos, echidnas, koalas and at least one wombat! The family each has a natural rock pool, white sand and clear blue water.

We are 8km to Wonthaggi, which has most of the major shops.
And Inverloch is 13kms away along the picturesque coastal road.

Wonderful house at a beautiful spot

Stellar house. The sun room, the kitchen, the bathrooms, all gorgeous. So much space for the adults and the puppies to enjoy time. A hidden gem in Cape Paterson. And communication with the owners was a breeze. Will absolutely stay here again.

Scott has gone to a lot of trouble to ensure this place has everything you need and i mean EVERYTHING!! Short walk to multiple beaches. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Great home in great township

This felt like a home, not a holiday rental. Fabulous, fully equipped kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Lots of spaces to spread out in. Sleepy street in a lovely township featuring several beautiful beaches suitable for everyone from little kids to serious surfers. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your pleasant home.

Relaxing holiday stay

This property has everything needed for a relaxing stay with friends or family. The kitchen is very well equipped for the keen cook and there is plenty of space from the main dining/entertaining area to the separate tv room and the deck outside. Communication with the owner was good, and he provided a number of recommendations locally which was very helpful. The beach is only a 5 min walk away but if you don't fancy sand, the back deck of the house gets sun all through the day. Look forward to staying here again!

A Home away from home

We stayed at this beautiful house for a weekend away as a family of 7 and 2 small dogs to spread our mums ashes at cape Patterson. The house was immaculate. It was the little things for us like dimming lights, the option of a fire place, books for young kids to read and the spa in the main bathroom. The kids loved the property and the adults enjoyed the feel of the house. Overall a fantastic place to stay if you have young kids and dogs. Mike and Cath were fantastic at communication and left us little goodies upon arrival. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

Beautiful home

The property is just gorgeous! So well stocked with pots, pans & even a slow cooker. I was able to put my box of supplies/utensils back in the car because everything was there. Our dogs (& kids) loved the yard & the beach is so close. Not a long drive to inverloch or Wonthaggi for a different view of the spectacular Bass Coast. I think the dogs were happy to leave as I’ve never seen such tired Labrador’s from all their running & swimming. Thanks so much - we would come again!

Home away from home!

This house was very homely, comfortable and very well equipped. We loved the coffee machine, and how well set up the place was. Everything you could want was available. They were very dog friendly. The only issue could be that the back stairs are quite steep, so it would be useful to know this if your dog has issues with stairs. Luckily our dog was small enough to carry down. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer so we could use the lovely spa bath! The owners were very good with communication, and very generous with check in and checkout times. This was greatly appreciated!
