Thank you For choosing east coast holidays online (echostays). Beautiful Balinese inspired gardens surround this modern 2 bedroom single level duplex. A quiet spot yet still close to all the Gold Coast has to offer. Unlimited wireless NBN Broadband. Lush gardens. Tiled throughout with carpet in bedrooms. Secure double lock up garage, auto entry and internal access. Full kitchen, air-conditioned lounge room, ceiling fans all rooms. Covered outdoor bbq area.

5 min to Nth Burleigh Surf Club, Miami Marketta, Burleigh Golf Course, Pizzey Park Complex (skate park, tennis).
10 min to David Fleay Wildlife Park, Jellurgal Aboriginal Cultural Centre, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Draculas Cabaret show.
15 mins to World Famous Caville Ave (Nightlife hub) or Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
Short 20 mins to Gold Coast International Airport.

Owners live in the adjoining duplex, so can be available if you require assistance. There is a friendly dog 🐶 (Cooper) and cat 🐱 (Pepper) that live on the premises, so you may see them in the gardens.

Gold Coast is renowned for doing outdoor areas well. Whether it's cafes', parks and playgrounds or enjoying your breakfast at the local surf club while watching the waves roll in. Plenty of gyms around (Fitness First local is a 10 mins walk and has pool too).

Getting around is easy, just Uber everywhere or your car is secure in the double garage. Public transport available from airport along the Gold Coast Highway.

We have 2 push bikes for guests use, you just need to bring your own helmet (health and safety reasons).

FANTASTIC!

Wow! Sharon and David are the best hosts ever. They are really welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed having a chat with them. They also have a very cute cat and a dog. The house is clean, homely, spacious, comfortable and well-kept. It is also very well located, close to beautiful nature and Bond University. We really felt at home here. I would really recommend this accommodation, we will be back!

We enjoyed our comfortable, friendly, clean stay. Sharon made us feel welcome and met us upon arrival. Was a perfect spot to relax after a long flight from Canada. Beautiful gardens and excellent location made it an excellent place to stay.

Zen zone

Sharon has created a beautiful little oasis in a cul-de-sac so it's quiet anyway and the Balinese garden adds a Zen factor. The house was immaculately clean and tidy, the garden shady and relaxing. Sharon and Cooper are welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Wifi was good allowing my wife to work and conduct online meetings from the table in the backyard. Would stay again.

Great communication from very friendly hosts. I would definitely stay here again. Rare to find a well-fitted out kitchen with all the utensils, bits and bobs but this one sure did have everything. Really quiet and beautiful gardens out all windows. Thank you.

This studio has everything you need including an outside sitting area. Very comfortable. The studio is attached to host's home. Is a bit of round about way to go out of estate. Overall a great place to stay

Burleigh retreat

Spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. Sharon & David were extremely helpful, easy to communicate with and generous with provisions. The location is within easy 5 min walk to a village shopping centre with an outstanding deli/coffee/juice bar/organic supermart. A delightful accommodation site that we will definitely return to.
