With South Beach views, a relaxed family home

Step inside this modest 2 storey home and enter the spacious open plan living/kitchen and dinning room. Relax on the comfortable and cosy leather sofas and enjoy the floor to ceiling views of the ocean. This living area offers plenty of space for the family to catch up on quality time together. Pick your ideal evening; watch a movie on the TV, bring one of those games from home you've always meant to play but never found the time or just enjoy the conversation with the ocean as your background.

The kitchen offers plenty of counter space, bar stool seating as well as the expected amenities such as fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle. The downstairs has a split system heating and cooling, perfect whatever the weather.

From the dining area access the back courtyard which offers an undercover area as well as outdoor seating, BBQ and enclosed yard.

There are three bedrooms downstairs. The first offers a spacious bedroom with Queen bed and built in robes, second bedroom has a tribunk and third room contains another Queen bed also with built in robes. The downstairs bathroom contains a bath and separate shower, there is also a separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine for your use during your stay.

Upstairs is the icing on this little delight. The master suite begins with a second living area with large L shaped sofa and floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of those views. There is also access to the top balcony, perfect for your morning coffee while enjoying the sounds of the sea as you begin your day. Off the living area is the master bedroom with King bed, built in robes and ensuite with shower. The master has a ceiling fan to keep you cool in summer.

There is a large grassed area outside, not secure, but with the expansive windows you don't need it to be to keep an eye on the children as they rough house and play while you sort out dinner. All in all this little home offers a perfect south beach retreat for the family.
