Comfort and convenience, this unit is located in Phase 1 of the Summit (Huntington building), just steps from Eagle Lodge with a beautiful view of the mountain! Nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium; sleeps up to 4 people. Enjoy a full, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, TV, WiFi, stereo, and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV, and the living room has a sofa sleeper and a ceiling fan. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"). Located on the green shuttle route. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Modern cabin

A wonderfully, professionally decorated and remodeled unit. Great large couches for lounging. Comfortable bed and nice pillows, no need to bring your own. Great kitchen with all the essentials for cooking, crockpot as well which is nice to use when you are out on the mountain skiing all day. It is a corner unit so there is a large picture window with a nice view, and lots of natural light. There is a warm floor system for the tile floors. a bonus since they are directly on top of the parking garage.There are a few things that were a bummer. The warm floor in the bathroom area was not working due to an error code in the control module. I tried correcting it after after looking up the error codes online, but no luck. Contacted the owner about it. The tile gets really cold and it wasn't even that cold on this stay. The window shades look really nice but do not darken the room. Lots of light filters through in the morning, forget about sleeping in. FYI, the parking space is a corner spot up against the wall. I have a full size truck and have figured out the tricks to get in an out of these spots, but if you have a large SUV and not used to this kind of parking you will not be happy and its difficult to load and unload out of.

Perfect!

This place was great. Immaculate condition, heated floors! We brought our thanksgiving dinner with us to cook and they had everything we needed for a full dinner. They even had marshmallow sticks to roast marshmallows in the fireplace. Will defitely stay here again.

The apartment itself was spacious and clean--a covered parking garage, excellent shower/water pressure, and well-stocked kitchen amenities were appreciated. A mere 3 min walk to the charlift at Eagle Lodge made everything so easy. Only drawbacks were that the bathroom sink did not drain, one of the 3 thermostats was broken, and one of the 2 provided keys did not work. Regardless, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Would rent from here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunatey, we had to cancel our Mammoth Trip due to the blizzard warning in the Mammoth and Lake Tahoe area. The news advised to not travel for our own safety and we were closely monitoring the storm that week. The day before our arrival, we asked Mammoth Reservations if we could get a credit or refund, but unfortunately their cancellation policy does not allow it. They mentioned only providing credit if there were road closures, which I had told them there was and provided screenshots. Martha responded that certain parts of the road was open, but was not understanding of the hazardous road conditions and we didn't want to risk our family's safely. They only credited us a small cleaning fee and didn't care for customer's safety and only cared about themselves. Should have looked up Yelp review prior to booking, as it seems to be consistent with my review.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful, comfortable mountain home. It's in a quiet and convenient location close to all events and dining places we visited. We would certainly stay in this condo again if we return to Mammoth. It was the perfect place for us.

Reviewer Comments: This may not be advertised as ski in ski out, but it is literally a 3.5 min walk to eagle lodge(I have stayed in advertised ski in/out places that took way longer to get to lodge). Condo is nicely appointed. Balcony without grill however(May be a winter restriction). Comfortable main room beds and reasonably comfortable pull out couch. Heated floors were a wonderful luxury. Would stay again in a heart beat.

BEST CONDO IN THE BUILDING

The Conveniently located on the corner of the building made easy access. The only drawback was the parking garage. We couldn't fit our truck with the bike racks in but there was plenty of parking on the street and in front. However someone from the over zealous Association committee began putting hand written notes on cars warning them they would be towed away. This was puzzling as we there were no signs from the city, we were legally parked with part of the vehicle on the property where we were staying. This put a bit of a damper on our trip

Most the balcony is consumed with firewood. Also, the bedroom faces west. Making it unsuitably warm to use till the evening. Apart from these issues, the condo suited our needs for a week of hiking. I cannot comment on the amenities of the complex as we did not use them.

Very charming

I found the unit in very good condition all components worked and it was comfortable. Furnishings were in good condition but I would replace the lounge chair as it’s seen better days. I was very pleased with it and would recommend staying there. The only Real negative was the location for parking as it was along a wall and required one one to back in. Not a big deal but was a little annoying.
