Enjoy complete privacy while lounging, entertaining, and grilling on the enclosed lanai. Plentiful lounge chairs and shady seating under the sun umbrella are perfect for a day of relaxation! Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

Recent upgrades to the unit include a fully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and vinyl flooring. The Polynesian Villas offers a BBQ & dining area, as well as additional seating and lounging chairs. The non-heated community pool is just a few steps away and the public golf course of Spanish Wells is around the corner at Bonita Beach Rd.

* 30 day minimum stay. February-March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous timeframe has been rented.

* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fee Polynesian Villas is: $100 application fee, $30 per person background check fee, and $20 online processing fee.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
