The view from this elegant and updated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 car garage (Garage clearance is 7' 6") townhouse will take your breath away. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front balcony while taking in the the beauty of the mountains. The unit offers a full size kitchen complete with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and WiFi. Relax after a day on the hill in the cozy living room that features a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is a full size bathroom on this floor. As you head upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, two of the bedrooms feature a queen size bed and a flat screen TV, while the third features a king bed with flat screen TV. There is a hall bathroom and the master bedroom offers an attached bathroom and attached balcony with a perfect view of Mammoth Rock and the Sherwins! On the back patio you will find a brand new top of the line Jacuzzi. A private washer and dryer in unit will get the chores done! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Mammoth is one of my favorite places to visit. It never disappoints. This property was one of the best we have stayed at in Mammoth. Nice location, perfect amount of space for our family, and loved having private hot tub.

Too much snow?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family was fortunate to visit Mammoth a couple of weeks after several storms dumped over 13 feet of snow. This was good news / bad news. The skiing was incredible. However, the street to the condo was not well maintained, the snow (which had turned to ice) hadn't been cleared from the front door, and there was so much snow hanging over the back that it was too risky to use the hot tub.This was my third VRBO in the past 15 months, so I had a basis of comparison. This unit is in a great location for walking to Eagle Lodge (which we did a dozen times) and is very well maintained. My only negatives are that the owner should provide more space for renters to store their belongings (clothes and food) and to clear snow / ice from the front and back (as mentioned above). Lastly, we'd like to suggest that the owner put better lighting in the unit as it was very dim in most rooms.

Thank you to the Host family for how nicely appointed the kitchen was, how comfortable the space was for our family of 4, the garage was a game changer for us - so easy to load and unload the car. We stayed the week before Christmas and the house was decorated - it really make the trip so incredibly special. The private jacuzzi was amazing as well, but nothing beats the view! We look forward to the opportunity to stay there again!

This was one of the best! 3 comfortable bedrooms with very comfy beds, a view from the master bedroom and 3 bathrooms (with an extra shower downstairs). The location is lower on the mountain, near Juniper Springs Lodge. We were there for a fall trip and were pleased to see many deer and a coyote. The unit is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well stocked. It has a tandem garage with plenty of room. We will most definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: We've rented Juniper Crest #10 before and it's a great unit; however, the master bathroom toilet is still not functioning properly (does not flush well at all). The window lever on the bedroom window is still broken (bedroom without the trundle). Because of the master bathroom toilet, I would not recommend this unit to a friend; I have written this down and had forgotten ; but otherwise, the unit is fine; just an inconvenience.

Pleasant condo. Two flights of stairs at that elevation takes your breath away to begin with, but we got used to it. Smaller bedrooms are definitely smaller, but adequate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 4 nights but actually left a night early because the smoke from the Creek Fire was so bad. Had to keep windows shut and there wasn’t AC. But that’s not the fault of the owner but make sure to monitor the smoke levels before traveling to Mammoth right now. It was so bad we couldn’t go outside the entire last day. Other than that, great time. The SPA was the best part! The garage is nice and big to keep all equipment in. The place is right on the walking path that leads you down through Snowcreek. Only complaint is that there wasn’t a vacuum to clean the floors up. We had two kids so we wished there was something to clean up their crumbs.

So appreciate the nice kitchen cookware etc! Only issue I have, please provide a few laundry pods. At this level, that is a assumed amenity. Also a check in of 5pm and a check out of 10 am is not reasonable. Please do not use COVID excuse. I have been running two businesses during this and I am tired of businesses using this excuse. Consider your customers experienc.

Everything was as described in the rental agreement. We would stay here again. Great quiet location near the Eagle lodge and within walking distance of the lifts for winter skiing. Ski-in (or close to ski-in if enough snow) - but walk out to lifts across a quiet street. 3 levels - garage/ground level, Living/kitchen level, bedroom level - great views from both living and bedroom levels.

Mammoth is so beautiful in the summer

The property is modern, clean, and beautifully furnished. The jacuzzi did not work which was unfortunate. Part of our selection was based on the fact that the place had a jacuzzi. The cover was nearly impossible to move and once it was off the heater did not work. When checking out the management company told us they knew about it yet they sent someone to our place when asked to lift off the cover for us. The upstairs master bedroom had a strong mildew smell and the fan did not work. This was not great. The rest of the place was very clean. The kitchen was great and the furniture was high quality. All new appliances and utensils. Nice jacuzzi bath tub upstairs. Comfortable living room with nice TV and services. Set in a very nice neighborhood.

Perfect cabin getaway in Mammoth.

This luxury cabin is full of great amenities. The cabin is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The kitchen is fully stocked with new cookware, cutlery and tableware. The Living room and each bedrooms are all equipped with flat screen TVs, wi fi speaker so you can connect to your music. The house also comes with games for all ages should you decide to stay in. The ski slope is just less than a 10 minutes walk away. The jacuzzi in the patio is also a plus if you want to relax. Beautiful Mountain Views from the main bedroom patio. The cabin is conveniently lococated within 4-8 miles to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The rent is slightly higher than other VRBO but it is definitely worth the money.
