Our host was very accommodating and assisted as needed. The property is neat and tidy with everything we needed for our family. The amenities on site and proximity to everything were excellent and the grassed courtyard was perfect for a short stay with our dog. The only issue we had was internet connectivity which our host tried to sort out during our stay. I would have liked to mop the floor before we left but there was not mop. Wonderful property in a central location with very accommodating host.

Property was dirty and uncared of

It was a disappointing experience overall from the property being dirty and the host texting saying he will refund me for the cleaning fee and one nights stay but didn’t follow through. I messaged him a as to when he would refund me and nothing no communication at all. I wouldn’t book that property ever again. If your thinking of booking run!!!

Needs some work

Communication was ok, Place needs some work as follows. Dishwasher does not clean properly, so the dishes were dirty on arrival and we had to clean by hand before using. No bins in the bathrooms and no towel rails in bathrooms. Odd towels and bath mats . Second key was missing and so to contact owner. Barely enough toilet paper for a 3 night stay. Need to replace couch and too small for 4 people. Not enough cutlery for 4 people. Generally place needs some maintenance and restocking of utensils and linen. Good location. Close to Canberra and restaurants. Good parking.

Disappointed

Firstly I had to buy a mop and mop the floors, the carpet had a previous dog hair on it but that may be due to the quality of the vacuum cleaner. The lawn needed mowing which was done by my husband and we couldn’t use the outdoor setting as it has spider webs all over it. When I messaged Martin about these concerns he said he would refund me for the cleaning fee and one nights stay but hasn’t bothered to follow through. So it was a very disappointing experience and will never return

Good

The property , check in process are all good. but coming to cleanliness, there is dust all over the place and also there are no cleaning equipment to make the premises clean. There is old broom stick which is rusty and worn out,It would have been better if it is a cloth broom. and also when we are having our dinner on the dining table, there is bunch of floor dust under the table mat where we felt really uncomfortable ( it seems, previously stayed people left there on purpose). washing machine and dryer are good for old clothes. Backyard is peaceful and the locality too. Very near to coles, coles express, AMPOL, Maccas, Chemist Warehouse and few restaurants. Overall it is a good stay. It would have been the best if little more care is taken.

the unit was good and great for our pups. A couple of little cleaning issues and a couple of wheelchair-accessible issues - shower and outside access, but we managed to work around them. Will be booking again though

Great apartment in a great location

We had a great time in this apartment. The location is great as it is close to town centre. The apartment has everything you would need for a comfy stay. The fact that Netfix was available was awesome. My only recommendation is for the owner to provide a bit more of information like aircon instructions, cooktop switch, etc. Also, it would be great to have some small items available like salt, pepper, a bit of oil, etc., as most of the time guests tend to forget to buy those items. In general very satisfied with the place and will reserve it again in our next visit to Canberra.

great for families

A great option for families when staying in Canberra. Only a short 15-20 min drive out of the city centre, with a couple of supermarkets nearby. The place was very clean and spacious for a unit, and the children loved the pool and of course the Netflix channel.

An Excellent Quality Stay

I stayed at Martin's apartment with a small dog for 10 days. The apartment was very well appointed and presented. Very clean throughout and the toweling and bedding was high quality. The apartment was very private with ample secure space for a small dog outside. I couldn't have been happier with my stay at Martin's appartment. Thank you.

Very Happy

We were very happy with this property. It was very clean, conveniently located and comfortable. It was a great location for dogs as there were plenty of options nearby to walk them.
