Rustic Villa close to nearby Vineyards

Traditional Villa built circa 1910 with original period features including Kauri floorboards, sash windows etc. Three double bedrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with large open fire.

Property includes modern purpose built games room with bar area, pool table, table tennis table, dart board, large screen TV, record player and log burner (for winter) and large pergola area (for summer).

Property is approx 900m from the town centre and walking distance to a number of local vineyards, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Property is pet friendly, with fully fenced backyard.

Note - main dwelling is over 100 years old, do not book if you are looking for a modern accommodation option.

What a great place! We stayed here with friends visiting from the UK. Super location, clost to town and we walked to Poppies, Moy Hall etc. Loved the old feel of the house and the games room is fantastic! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time! We slept well, the kids slept well. The villa was beautiful and we really appreciated the BBQ, games room and the fireplace. Great location, lovely and quiet and loads for the kids to do!We will stay again :)

Perfect location with everything we needed. Well fenced for our beagle to explore safely. Tje games room was to die for, such a bonus to fall in love with 8 ball again!

Great place to stay. Nestled between wineries and close to town. Was nice and tidy and we were able to bring our dog. Added bonus was the separate games room.
