Also, on the main level is a half bath for guests and a master suite featuring a tiled shower and double vanities. This suite is furnished with a king-size bed, a dresser, a television, a walk-in closet, and a private bath.

Upstairs there is a second suite which is furnished with another king bed, a dresser, a television, and walk-in closet. It is as equally impressive as the main level master. This level provides an open loft to the great room below which is furnished with two twin beds and a shared end table.

Downstairs in the lower level, you will find two more modest size bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a bonus recreation area for lounging. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a twin, and a closet and the second is furnished with two sets of twin bunk-beds.

The rec-room is arranged with a couch, a large television, and a foosball table. This room has exterior access which opens directly to the covered hot tub and provides a tiled floor area for snowy feet to run inside.

1. Front porch facing door and driveway
2. Down back facing driveway

Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas.

Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking.
